Hanefi mezhebi tercih usulü açısından Mehmed Zihni Efendi'nin Nimet-i İslâm adlı eserinin değerlendirilmesi

İlmihal türünün en geniş ve muteber eserlerinden biri olan Mehmed Zihni Efendi’nin Ni’met-i İslâm isimli eserinin mezhep içi tercih usulü kaidelerine göre inceleneceği bu çalışma giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuç kısmından oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın konusu, önemi ve amacı, yöntemi ve kaynakları ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde Mehmed Zihni Efendi’nin hayatı ve Ni’met-i İslâm ile birlikte diğer eserleri incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde belirli tercih usulü kuralları hakkında bilgiler verilmiş ve Ni’met-i İslâm’da bu kurallara uymayan meseleler, mezhebin temel kaynaklarından istifade edilerek incelenmiştir. Sonuç başlığı altında ise elde edilen verilere temas edilmiştir.

Perspective of the Method of Choosing (Tarjih) of the Hanafi School This thesis that examines Mahmad Dzihni Efendi’s book named Ni’mah alIslam which is one of the most extensive and authoritative work of the type of Ilmihal according to intra-school choosing consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, the subject of the research, its importance, purpose, method and resources has been addressed. In the first chapter, it was examined the life of Mahmad Dzihni Efendi and then his other books along with Ni’mah al-Islam. In the latter chapter, there was given information regarding the certain rules of the Tarjih method and analyzed the issues in Ni’mah al-Islam that do not comply with these rules by using the fundamental sources of the sect. As a conclusion, it was addressed the acquired data.
