Aristoteles ve Plotinos'ta Ruh Teorisi

Bu tez, genel olarak Antik Çağ felsefesini konu edinmektedir ve bu çerçevede söz konusu çağın büyük iki düşünürü olan Aristoteles ile Plotinos'un ruh anlayışları incelenmektedir. Konunun analizi ve işlenişi tarihsel açıdan ele alınarak felsefi bir resim sunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu nedenle teze Sokrates öncesi doğa felsefesiyle başlandı ve sonra Sokrates'le birlikte bu dönemlerdeki ruha dair felsefi görüşlerin dönüşümü Platon'a kadar getirilerek birinci bölüm tamamlandı. İkinci bölümde ruhla ilgili Aristoteles'in görüşlerine yer verildi. Aristoteles'i ele alırken hem öncekilerle benzerliği hem de onlardan farklı olan özgünlüğü ortaya koyulmaya gayret gösterildi. Sonra Yeni Platonculuk ışığında Plotinos irdelenmiş ve bu doğrultuda Platon'un felsefesi Aristotelesçi nedenselliğe uygulanıp uygulanamadığı sorgulanmıştır.

The theme of this thesis, in general, is the philosophy of Antiquity, and in this context, the two great thinkers of the mentioned age, Aristotle and Plotinus's soul understandings are examined. A philosophical picture has been tried to be presented by considering the analysis and processing of the subject from a historical perspective. That is why, the thesis started with the philosophy of nature before Socrates, and then, together with Socrates, the transformation of philosophical views on the soul in these periods was brought up to Plato, and the first chapter was completed. In the second part, Aristotle's views on the soul were given. While dealing with Aristotle, efforts were made to reveal both his similarity with the previous ones and his originality, which was different from others. Then, Plotinus was examined in the light of Neoplatonism and in this direction, it was questioned whether Plato's philosophy could be applied to Aristotelian causality.
