The purpose of this study is to model the factors associated with the cyberbullying sensibility of university students. 131 university students participated in the study. Participants were selected through purposive sampling based on their experience with using digital technologies. Data were collected using a self-description form and four scales. Partial Least Squares (PLS) structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to model the variables associated with cyberbullying vulnerability. As a result of the research, while family harmony was associated with social media use intensity, multiscreen addiction, and psychological well-being, it was not associated with academic success. Social media use intensity is associated with multiscreen addiction. Multiscreen addiction is related to academic success and sensibility to cyberbullying. While there is no relationship between psychological well-being and academic success, there is a significant relationship between sensibility in cyberbullying.
