The Clinical Spiritual Counseling Education model (KSA) based on the therapeutic psychological theory of spiritual counseling which is implemented in Germany was introduced in this study; the model was implemented on a Turkish sample, and outcomes were discussed. KSA is a professionalization training in the profession of the spiritual counselor to gain therapeutic communication skills, develop self-awareness, and recognize holistic psychotherapy techniques, and strengths and weaknesses of these. The training is a gradual education, and it allows to be promoted in the profession, to become a supervisor and a training leader. The candidate has completed KSA trainings in Germany and a certificate approved by the DGfP Institution was obtained in order to observe the applicability of Clinical Spiritual Counseling training in Turkey by the candidate. On the other hand, the training organized in Turkey has taken place in the form of "Applied Spiritual Counseling Training" group sessions for 4 weeks, with 7 Spiritual Counselors working in different positions in the DIB and an internship for 2 (two) weeks period in their employed organizations was carried out. The study was carried out in the phenomenological study model which is one of the qualitative research methods, and the data were collected from the participants through personal interviews and forms within the scope of the research by asking structured questions to obtain the data. Written documents collected within the scope of the research were transferred to the computer and then analyzed by content analysis method. Definition and interpretation of the findings were performed. According to the results of the content analysis, the implementation of Clinical Spiritual Counseling training on spiritual counselors provided positive outcomes.
