The central nervous system involvement is a serious complication of brucellosis, which is known as neurobrucellosis, although rare. Here we report a 14-year-old case who developed neurobrucellosis and presented with cerebral salt wasting. As far as we know, our case is the first pediatric case of cerebral salt wasting caused by neurobrucellosis. Clinical manifestations of our patient have completely improved with treatment for Brucella.en_US
