dc.description.abstractThe aim of the research is to optimize safe, secure, and cost-effective fuel distribution in Afghanistan. In the solving process of this decision-making optimization problem; first, the route and the total distribution cost of the outsourced third party logistics (3PL) company was calculated. Then the same cost calculations was done both with the suggested Integer Linear Programming and Fuzzy Integer Linear Programmings comparatively. Research has indicated that the Integer Linear Programming Model forecasts a cost savings of 7.2%, while the Fuzzy Integer Linear Programming forecasts 10.7%.en_US
