dc.description.abstractThe awareness of the probability of primary immunodeficiency in adults has been increased. However, careful differential diagnosis is necessary before a final diagnosis of primary immunodeficiency is made. In this report, a patient with a preliminary diagnosis of primary immunodeficiency due to recurrent pulmonary infections and selective IgA deficiency who was finally diagnosed as chronic lymphocytic leukemia was presented.en_US
