Özet
Her ülkenin kalkınması sağlayan en önemli değişkenlerden birinin eğitim olduğu söylenebilir. Bir
ülkenin eğitim sistemi istenilen ölçütlere uygun değilse ülkenin emek ve sermayesi etkili bir şekilde işe
koşulmamıştır. Bu çalışmada Nijer Cumhuriyeti’nin eğitim programlarının çağdaş eğitim programında
bulunması gerekli ölçütlere uygunluğu incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla programın kazanım-davranışlarına, içeriğine,
eğitim ve sınama durumlarına bakılmıştır. Toplanan veriler doküman incelenmesi yöntemiyle incelenmiştir.
Önce Nijer Cumhuriyetinin sömürge öncesi, sömürge, bağımsızlık ve şimdiki siyasal dönemlerde, yaşadığı
siyasal, demografik ve ekonomik süreçlerin tarihsel olarak eğitim dizgesini nasıl etkilediği bilimsel olarak ele
alınmıştır. Sonra Nijer Cumhuriyetinin mevcut durumu incelenip ileriye dönük önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Çünkü
eğitim programlarının uygulaması aşamasında yaşanan sorunlar ortaya konulmadan geleceğe dönük program
geliştirme çalışmalarının yapılması uygun olmayabilir. Bu değerlendirmenin sonunda çağdaş program geliştirme
ölçütlerine uygun program geliştirme ortamı sağlanabilir. Bu durum Nijer Cumhuriyeti’nin gelişmesini ve
halkının eğitim programı konusunda farkındalığını ortaya çıkarabilir.
Araştırmada Nijer Cumhuriyetinin eğitim sisteminin genel amaçlarının olduğu ve her dersin özel
amaçlarının bulunduğunu saptanmıştır. Her okul düzeyindeki derslerin içeriklerinin çağdaş bilimsel anlayışa ve
ünite düzeyine göre yazıldığı, kazanımları ise uygun olduğunu belirlenmiştir. Programda eğitim durumları ve
sınama durumu açık bir şekilde belirlenmediğine rağmen, çağdaş öğrenme-öğretme, sınama süreçlerinin
kullanılmadığını söylemek mümkündür. Bu bulgulara dayanarak Nijer Eğitim Sisteminin çağdaş eğitim
anlayışının temel ölçütlerine genellikle uygun olduğu ve önemli esiklerinin bulunduğu de söylenebilir.
It can be said that one of the most important variables that ensures the development of every country is education. If the education system of a country does not meet the desired criteria, the country's labor and capital may not be employed effectively. In this study, the compliance of the education programs of the Republic of Niger with the necessary criteria in the contemporary education program has been examined. For this purpose, the acquisition-behaviors, content, training and testing situations of the program were examined. The collected data were analyzed by document analysis technique. First, the political, demographic and economic processes of the Niger Republic in the pre-colonial, colonial, independence and current political periods have historically affected the educational system. Then, the current situation of the Republic of Niger was examined and forwardlooking suggestions were made. Because it may not be appropriate to carry out future-oriented program development studies without revealing the problems experienced during the implementation of the training programs. At the end of this evaluation, a curriculum development environment suitable for contemporary curriculum development criteria can be provided. This situation can reveal the development of the Republic of Niger and the awareness of its people about the education program. In the research, it has been determined that the education system of the Republic of Niger has general objectives and each course has specific objectives. It has been determined that the contents of the courses at each school level are written according to the contemporary scientific understanding and unit level, and the acquisitions are appropriate. It is possible to say that modern learning-teaching and testing processes are not used in the program, although the educational status and testing situation are not clearly defined. Based on these findings, it can be said that the Niger Education System generally complies with the basic criteria of contemporary education understanding and has important thresholds.
