dc.description.abstractObjective: The pun pose of this article is to examine the relationship between cynicism regarding change among nurses who underwent organizational change and their commitment to the organization. Material and Method: The population of this quantitative study comprises nurses who previously worked at hospitals affiliated with the Turkish Armed Forces but won transfer red to the healthcare facilities connected to the Ministry of Health because of the changes following the attempted coup d'etat of July 15, 2016 The data were collected using questionnaires. A total of 189 nurses participated in the study. Results: A little over 60 pen nit (60.3%) of the nurses participating in. the study were aged between 30 and 39. A little under forty-three percent (42.9%) were working at the internal units. geographically, 46.6% of the nurses participating in the study worked in the Central Anatolia Region. As a result of the study, it was pound out that the organizational commitment of nurses decreased as organizational change cynicism increased. Conclusion: At the end of the study it was found that the commitment of the nurses to the organization declined as their cynicism about the organizational change increased, However; the organizational change cynicism levels of the nurses working in the administrative unit were lower than the nurses working in other units. Moreover; the cynicism of single nurses about the change was higher.en_US
