Studies related to gynecologic cancers after new treatments in recent years indicate that survival time increases in these cancers. However, despite all of these new developments, the improvement in survival rates in geriatric gynecologic cancer patients is much slower. Delayed and advanced stages in diagnosis, increased comorbidities, inadequate treatment despite poor tumor biology are among the causes of poor survival in elderly gynecological cancer patients. Management of gynecological cancers requires a multidisciplinary approach in all ages and conditions. Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment is a method in which international guidelines recommend routine use in elderly patients. In this review, management of treatment in elderly gynecologic cancer patients is discussed.en_US
