| dc.description.abstract | Many companies have made many efforts to reach to a safe operation. These efforts have led to improve their safety level but all too often still unwanted events associated with injuries occur. To achieve a sustainable safety, many techniques have been adopted. Among them, behavior-based safety has been applied to improve safety through employees' safe behavior. In this paper, the BBS model is more closely studied.
