Özet
Aim of this study is to examine loneliness in terms of Transactional Analysis ego states, life positions and human values among adolescents. The sample of the study consists of 683 adolescents (405 famele-278 male), who were studying various high schools of Pamukkale and Merkezefendi central districts of Denizli city and accepting to participate in the research voluntarily, during 2014-2015 education year. The participants of the research were administered UCLA Loneliness Scale, Transactional Analysis Ego States Scale, Life Positions Scale and Human Values Scale. Data analysis were conducted with SPSS 16.0 statistical package program in .05 and.01 significance levels. All datas were analyzed by correlation and regression. The study results show that, Transactional Analysis ego states, life positions and human values play a role in loneliness level among adolescents. Implications of these findings are discussed and suggestions are presented within the context of literature.
