dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada kamuya ait okullardaki çalışma koşullarının öğretmen motivasyonuna etkilerini anlamak ve motivasyonu artırmaya yönelik öneriler geliştirmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, araştırma nitel araştırma desenlerinden çoklu durum çalışması deseni uygulanarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tipik durum örneklemesi yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenen Isparta İl Millî Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı dört okul bu araştırmanın durumlarını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri görüşme ve gözlem yöntemleri kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda her biri bir durum teşkil eden dört okula altışar defa gidilmiş katılımcılarla görüşülmüş ve gözlemler yapılmıştır. Bu araştırmada görüşme kayıtlarından elde edilen veriler için içerik analizi gerçekleştirildiği gibi bunun yanı sıra gerçekleştirilen gözlemlerden elde edilen verilerden de faydalanılmıştır. Ardından araştırmanın verileri Herzberg'in Çift Faktör Kuramı çerçevesinde yorumlanmış ve bulgular elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulguları katılımcı öğretmenlerin motivasyonunu etkileyen dokuz temanın ve bu temalara ait 33 alt temanın olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Bu alt temaların yirmi beşi hijyen faktörü olarak sekizi ise motive edici faktör olarak değerlendirilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it is aimed to understand the effects of working conditions in public schools on teacher motivation and to develop suggestions to increase motivation. In accordance with this aim, the research was conducted by applying a multiple case study pattern from qualitative research designs. The four schools of Isparta Provincial Directorate of National Education, which are determined using the typical situation sampling method, constitute the status of this study. The data of the research was obtained by applying interview and observation methods. Accordingly, each of the four schools, which constitutes a situation, was visited six times, the participants were interviewed four times and the observations were made. In this research, content analysis was performed for data obtained from interview records, besides the data obtained from the observations were also used. Subsequently, the data of the study were interpreted in the framework of Herzberg's Double Factor Theory and the findings were obtained. The findings of the study revealed that there were nine themes and 33 sub-themes related to the motivation which effect the participant teachers. Of these sub-themes, 25 were considered as a hygiene factor and eight as a motivating factor.en_US
