Özet
Kadın ve kadının çalışma hayatı tarihsel süreç içerisinde her dönemde tartışma konusu olmuştur. Kadın ve aile, kadının sosyalleşmesi, kadın ve çocuk, kadın ve tüketim, kadın ve siyaset gibi daha çoğaltılarak oluşturabileceğimiz maddelerde tek değişmeyen unsur kadın olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Durum böyle olunca da kadının çalışma hayatı ve toplum içerisinde hangi konumda olması gerektiği konusu geçmişten günümüze çeşitli gruplarca, hatta siyasilerce tartışılmıştır. Bunun sebebi ise kadına toplum tarafından yüklenen kültürel kalıplardır. Örneğin kadının yeri evidir, ev işlerinden kadın dış işlerinden erkek sorumludur gibi söylemler aslında kadının kamusal alanda uzun yıllar pasif kalmasına sebep olmuş ve kadın sorunları toplumda tartışılır bir meseleyi oluşturmuştur. Sıraladığımız maddeler içerisinde kadın üzerine çeşitli çalışmalar yapılmış olsa da kadının çalışması konusu İslamcılar gözünden nasıl değerlendirildiği, bu konu hakkında nasıl bir söylem geliştirildiği hakkında ayrıntılı bir çalışma yapılmamıştır. Bu sebeple bu çalışmada 1980 sonrası İslamcı dergilerde kadın ve kadının çalışma hayatı Kadın Kimliği dergisi örneğinde ele alınmış, Kadın Kimliği dergisinin 1995-2000 yıllarını kapsayan dönemdeki faaliyetler çalışma içerisinde ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelenmiştir.
Women and their working life have always been the subject of discussion in the history, not only working life but also challenged in many areas such as women and family, socialization of women, women and children, women and consumption, women and politics. Under these situations, the issue of working life and the position of women in society has been discussed by various groups an deven politicians from past to present. One of the reason of this discussions is the cultural patterns imposed by society. For instance, “women should be at house”, “women are responsible for houseworks, men are responsible earning money.” These cultural discourses has been caused women to be removed from the public sphere for many years and the debates, about women hav erisen in the society. For this reason, this study reviews how islamic magazines approach and what is the main discourse in women subject which was rarely studied in the literatüre. In the study, women and their working life has been analyzed in the Kadın Kimliği (Women Identity) magazine after 1980. The sample was choiced from 1995 to 2000.
