Özet
Elimizdeki eser, İbnü'l-Irâkî'ye ait olup, et-Tevessütu'l-mahmud fi şerhi Ebu Daûd adıyla bilinmektedir. Söz konusu eser, iki ciltten ibarettir ve her ikisi de çok hacimlidir. İkinci cilt (Salat) kısmını içermektedir. İbnü'l-Irâkî şerhinin birinci cildinde Tahâret bölümünden sadece (91) hadisin şerhini yapmıştır. Biz kendisinin ve diğer mühaddislerin değerlendirmelerine başvurarak, şerhe konu olan hadislerden (62)'sinin sahih, (16)'sının hasen, (13)'nün zayıf olduğunu tesbit ettik. İbnü'l-Irâkî'nin şerhte istişhad için kullandığı hadislerin toplam sayısı (359)'dur. Biz istişhad ettiği hadisler içerisinden (178)'inin sahih, (30)'unun hasen, (142)'sinin zayıf ve (9)'unun da mevzu olduğunu tesbit ettik. Eser, Hadis ışığında fıkhi meseleler ve bunlarla alakalı konuları ihtiva etmektedir. Muellif ilk önce hadisin senedini metniyle birlikte zikretmiş daha sonra garib kelimeleri ve diğer hükümleri açıklamış, küçük alt başlıklarda metni parçalayıp şerh ile birleştirmiş ve hadisi genel olak garib kelimelerini açıklarken şerhetmiştir. Şerh esnasında bütün gayretini sarfettiği Hadis, Fıkıh ve dil bilgisi nevinden kapsamlı bilgiler aktardığı görülmektedir. Bunların yanısıra İbnü'l-Iraki, senetlerinde geçen râvilerle ilgili bilgileri, lâkab ve künyelerle kimlerin kastedildiği, hadislerin vürûduna dair bilgileri, luğavi anlamda kelime açıklamaları, irab durumları, nasih, mensuh, te'vili, mezhep görüşleri ve ihtilafları, mekan isimlerinin açıklamaları, senetlerdeki muttasıl veya munkati olmalarından yola çıkarak hadislerin sıhhat ve zaaf durumları gibi, hadisin metin ve isnadla ilgili yardımcı olabilecek her konuyu açıklamıştır. Ayrıca hadislerden fıkhi ve lugavi istinbatlarda bulunmuştur. Elimizdeki bu birinci cildin şerhi yaklaşık İbnü'l-Irâkî'nin (15) senesini almıştır. (19) yaşında iken başlamış ve (34) yaşına kadar sadece elimizdeki birinci cilt üzerinde çalışmıştır. Bu şerh tamamlanmamış bir çalışmadır.
This book is dependent to Ibn Al Iraqi and it is known as et-Tavesutu'l-mahmoud fi Sherhi Abi Daûd. The mentioned book consist of (composed of ) two volumes, the both volume are sizeable the second volume is about SALAT (Prayer). Ibn Al Iraqi annotated in the firs volume of his annotation only (91) Hadiths. We detected by referring to hisself and other traditionist's assessment that there are (62) ?a?i? (sound, authentic) and (16) ?asan and (13) ?a'if (weak) in those hadiths which are jubcect to annotation. The total number of hadithes which Ibn Al Iraqi used as Istishhad (Quotation) are (359). We detected that there are (178) ?a?i? (sound, authentic) and (30) ?asan and 142 ?a'if (weak) and 9 Mawdû' (fabricated) hadithes in the mention hadithes which he used as Istishhad quotation. This book is contained the fıqh matter and issues that related to Fıqh in the light of hadith. The author firs sited the sanad of hadith along with its matn (text) first, after that he explained the Garib words and other provisons. He shred the text and combined with the annotation in the small sub-titles and he generally annotated the hadith while he explained the Garip words. By the exerting of his all efforts during the commentary, there have been seen narrated comprehensive informaiton about hadith and fıqh and gramer. Besides Ibn Al Iraqı has explained all jubject that which can help in related matn (text) and isnad of hadis condition about the sihha and da'f of the hadith as information about the narrators, and whom have been meant with the nickname and marking tag information about the woroud of hadith and the explaning of the meaning of the words, the conditon of I'rab, Nasih Mansuh and Tawil, sectarian opinion and dispute, explaning of the name of places, and that the hadith is muttasil or munqatı'. Addionally he made elicitation related to fıqh and gramer from hadith. The annotation of first volume of the book which we have it, has taken about (15) years of Ibn Al Iraqi. He started to annotation when he was (19) years old and he could annotated until he died in (34) years old only the parts which we have now. So the mentoined book is incopleted work.
