dc.description.abstractÇocuk istismarı milyonlarca çocuğun yaşamını etkileyen yaygın ve küresel bir fenomendir. Fiziksel, duygusal, cinsel, ekonomik istismar ve ihmal gibi çeşitli boyutları bulunmaktadır. Bu makalede çocuğa yönelik fiziksel istismar ve hemşirelik yaklaşımlarına yer verilmiştir. Çocuğa yönelik fiziksel istismar ülkemiz ve toplumumuz için önemli bir sorundur. Hizmet alanında çocuk ile teması olan bütün hemşireler fiziksel istismar açısından ebeveyn, çocuk ve çevreye ait risk faktörlerini değerlendirmelidir. Hemşireler fiziksel istismar riski bulunan çocuk ve ebeveynlere yönelik önleyici hemşirelik girişimlerini uygular. Çocuk hemşireleri istismar saptanan ailelere yönelik multidisipliner bir ekip içerisinde iyileştirici ve rehabilite edici hemşirelik girişimlerini planlar. Ayrıca, hemşireler çocuğa yönelik fiziksel istismar riskinin belirlenmesinde, istismarın önlenmesinde, istismara uğrayan çocuğun ve istismara neden olan ailenin bakımında anahtar bir rol oynayabilir. Bu nedenle bu makalede fiziksel istismara uğrayan çocuk ve ailesine yönelik hemşirelik yaklaşımı güncel kaynaklar ışığında ele alınmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractChild abuse is a common and global phenomenon that is affecting the lives of millions of children. There are several dimensions such as physical, emotional, sexual, and economics of abuse or neglect. The physical abuse and nursing interventions in children have been given to place in this article. Unfortunately physical abuse of child is an important problem in our country and society. All the nurses who come into contact with children in their service area have to evaluate parental, child and environmental risk factors of physical abuse. They apply preventative nursing interventions for children and parents at risk of physical abuse. Nurses plan therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing interventions to families identified abuse. The nurses may a key role in diagnosis the risk of physical abuse, prevention of abuse, care of abused child and abuser family. Therefore, in this article, it is intended to share information about nursing care of abused child and his/her family in accordance with the current literature.en_US
