dc.description.abstractBu çalışma toplam dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; fark denklemleri ile ilgili genel tanım ve teoremler verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde; üstel tipten fark denklemleri ve fark denklem sistemlerinin pozitif çözümleri ile ilgili yapılmış bazı çalışmalar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde; negatif olmayan başlangıç şartları ve pozitif parametreleri için x(n+1)=[alpha + beta.e^(-x(n))]/[gama+x(n-2)] fark denklemi tanımlanmış, bu denklemin pozitif çözümlerinin yakınsaklığı, sınırlılığı ve periyodikliği parametrelere ve başlangıç şartlarına bağlı olarak incelenmiş ve teorik sonuçlar için bazı nümerik örnekler verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde; üçüncü bölümde elde edilen sonuçlar x(n+1)=[alpha + beta.e^(-x(n))]/[gama+x(n-k)] fark denklemi için genelleştirilmiş ve çalışmaya dair sonuç ve önerilere yer verilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study consists of four sections. In the first section, general definitions and theorems related to difference equations were given. In the second section, informations about some of the studies regarding positive solutions of the exponential type difference equations and systems studied before were given. In the third section, we defined the difference equation x(n+1)=[alpha + beta.e^(-x(n))]/[gama+x(n-2)] where the non-negative initial conditions and positive parameters. Also, the convergence, the boundedness and the periodic character of the positive solutions of this equation was investigated depending on the parameters and the initial conditions, and some numerical examples regarding the theoretical results were given. In the fourth section, the results obtained in the third section were generalized for the equation x(n+1)=[alpha + beta.e^(-x(n))]/[gama+x(n-k)] and some conclusions and suggestions were given.en_US
