dc.description.abstractSöz konusu çalışma Türkiye de bulunan mülteci konumundaki Suriyeli vatandaşların Türkiye'de eğitim görmelerini sağlamak amacıyla gerçekleştirilen PIKTES projesi kapsamında eğitim ve öğretim hizmetleri veren öğretmenlerin iş doyumu ve yaşam doyum düzeylerinin mesleki tutum düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma kapsamında PIKTES projesi kapsamında görev alan öğretmenlere yönelik olarak “iş doyum ölçeği”, “yaşam doyum ölçeği” ve “öğretmenlik mesleği tutum ölçeği” verileri kullanılarak araştırma modeli oluşturulmuştur. Türkiye‟de PIKTES projesinde görev yapan öğretmenlere uygulanacak ölçekler ve Konya ilinde bulunan PIKTES öğretmenlerinin katılımıyla yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda elde edilen verilerin analiziyle incelenmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre öğretmenlerin yaşam doyum düzeyleri cinsiyete göre istatistiksel açıdan farklılık gösterirken, iş doyumu ve mesleki tutum davranışları açısından istatistiksel olarak farklılık göstermektedir. Aynı zandan öğretmenlerin yaşam doyum düzeyi, iş doyum düzeyi ve mesleğe yönelik tutum düzeyleri medeni duruma göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede farklılık göstermemektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aforementioned study was carried out to determine the effect of job satisfaction and life satisfaction levels of teachers who provide education and training services on their professional attitude levels, within the scope of the PIKTES project, which was carried out to ensure that Syrian refugees, who are refugees in Turkey, receive education in Turkey. Within the scope of the study, a research model was created by using the data of "job satisfaction scale", "life satisfaction scale" and "teaching profession attitude scale" for teachers who took part in the PIKTES project. The scales to be applied to the teachers working in the PIKTES project in Turkey and the data obtained as a result of the interviews with the PIKTES teachers in Konya were analyzed. According to the findings obtained as a result of the analyzes, while the life satisfaction levels of teachers differ statistically according to gender, they differ statistically in terms of job satisfaction and professional attitude behaviors. At the same time, teachers' level of life satisfaction, job satisfaction and attitudes towards the profession do not differ statistically significantly according to marital status.en_US
