dc.description.abstractAli b. Süleyman el-Mansûrî, XVII. yüzyılın başlarında Mısır'da doğmuş, İstanbul'da yaşamış son dönem Osmanlı âlimlerindendir. 1678 yılında Köprülü Fazıl Mustafa Paşa'nın daveti ile Mısır'dan İstanbul'a gitmiştir. Kıraat ilminde eğitim metotlarından biri olan Mısır tarîkini Osmanlı'ya getirmiş ve yaygınlaşmasında öncülük etmiştir. Nahiv ve kıraat ilimlerine dair çok sayıda eseri vardır. Çalışmamız Mansûrî'nin semaî müenneslere dair kaleme aldığı Urcûzetü'n-Nasriyye adlı eserinin tahkik ve tahlilini konu edinmektedir. Mansûrî eserini alfabetik sıralamaya göre tasnif etmiş, semaî müenneslerden sonra en bariz müenneslik alametlerinden biri olan tâ-ı merbûta'nın farklı on dört kullanımına değinmiştir. Semaî müenneslere dair kaleme alınmış eserlerde sayılarının yüzü bulmadığı yönünde muhtelif yorumlar mevcuttur. Mansûrî, Urcûzetü'n-Nasriyye'de üç yüz otuz iki adet semaî müennes kelime zikretmiştir. Çalışma giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuç kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Girişte araştırmanın konusu, kaynakları ve semaî müenneslere dair bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde müellifin hayatı, eserleri ve nahiv ilmindeki yerine değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise eserin tahlil ve tahkiki yer almaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractAli b. Süleyman el-Mansûrî is one of the last period Ottoman scholars who as born in Egypt at the beginning of 17th century and lived in İstanbul. He went to Istanbul from Egypt by the invitation of Köprülü Fazıl Mustafa Pasha in 1678. He brought the Egyptian tarik (way, style), one of the educational methods in the science of recitation, to the Ottoman Empire and spearhead its spread. He has a large number of works about the sciences of nahiv (syntax) and recitation. Our study discusses the investigation and analysis of Mansûrî's work Urcûzetü'n-Nasriyye, which he wrote about semaî müennes (auditorial feminine words). Mansûrî has classified his work in alphabetical order and mentioned fourteen different uses of tâ-ı merbuta (closed T), which is one of the most obvious signs after the semaî muennes (auditorial feminine words). There are various commentaries in the works written about Semaî Müennes (auditorial feminine words) that their number does not reach a hundred. Mansûrî has mentioned three hundred and thirty-two semaî muennes words (auditorial feminine) in Urcûzetü'n-Nasriyye. The study consists of introduction, two chapters and conclusion. In the introduction, information about the subject of the research, its sources and semaî müennes (auditorial feminine words) is given. In the first chapter, the author's life, his works and his place in the science of syntax are mentioned. In the second chapter, the analysis and scrutiny of the work takes place.en_US
