| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Kıpçak Türkçesi eserlerde İslam hukuku ve fıkıh ıstılahı incelenmiştir. Çalışma, Berke Fakih'in istinsah ettiği İrşâdü'l-Mülûk ve's-Selâtîn adlı eser üzerinden yapılmıştır. Tez; giriş, iki ana bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın konusu, önemi, amacı, araştırmanın yöntemi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde üzerinde çalıştığımız İrşâdü'l-Mülûk ve's-Selâtîn hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise eserin incelenmesi yapılmıştır. Eserde atıfta bulunulan şahıslar ve eserler bu bölümde yer almaktadır. Çalışmamızın esas konusu olan fıkhî terimlerin incelenmesi de bu bölümdedir. Sonuç bölümünde ise tespit edilen terimler ve eser hakkında değerlendirme yapılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study examines İslamic law and fıqh terms in Kipczak Turkish works.Besides,it is made on a work called İrşâdü'l-Mülûk ve's-Selâtîn copied by Berke Fatih. This dissertion is composed of an intoduction,two main sections,and a result.In introduction part,information about the subject,aim,goal and research methods of the study is given.In the first section,information about İrşâdü'l-Mülûk ve's-Selâtîn ,we study on,is given.In the second section ,the examination of the work is made.The figures and works addressed in the study are involved in this part.The examination of fıqh terms ,main theme of our study,are also in this section.
