dc.description.abstract1917 yılında Sovyetler Birliğinin kuruluşundan bu yana Kazakistan tarihi, ,, politik ve ekonomik yaşadığı süreçler ile birlikte eğitim sisteminde de birçok değişiklikler yer almıştır. Bu çalışmada, Sovyetler döneminden bugüne Kazakistan eğitim sisteminde olan değişiklikleri etkileyen tarilıi olaylar, sürdürülmüş olan politikalar, eğitim programları ve yöntemleri, eğitim içeriği farklı istatistikler üzerinden incelenmiştir. Sovyetler birliğinin kuruluşu ile verilmiş olan 'Okuryazarlığı geliştirme kararı ile başlayan bu süreç ülkedeki VII-VIII. asırdan beri devanı etmekte olan mektepmedreseleri yok etmeye devam etmiştir. Okulların yeniden yapılandınnası, zorunlu ilkokul eğitiminin gerçekleşmesi, zorunlu ortaokul eğitinıi ve iş eğitim sistemi bu araştınnada incelenmektedir. Eğitim tarihi açısından ülkenin yaşadığı iktisadi, siyasi, kültürel değişimler ile alfabe değişimi, II.Dünya Savaşı gibi zorluklar sonucunda, farklı gelişim aşamaları incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, bu araştınnada bağımsızlık yıllarındaki ve günümüzdeki Kazakistan Cuınhuriyeti'nin eğitim sistemi (ana okul, ilkokul, ortaokul, yüksekokul), izlenen politikalar, kullanılan eğitim programları ve yöntemleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu çalışına nitel araştınna yöntemlerinden tarihsel araştırma deseni ve veri toplamada dokümanların incelemesi ile elde edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractSince tlıe Soviet Union was founded in 1917, there have been many changes not only in history, political and economic processes, but also in education system of Kazakhstan. in tlıis context, the historical events and tlıe policies affecting the changes in tlıe education system of Kazakhstan, educational programs and methods, educational content and statistics have been examined. This process, which started with the decision 'About elinıinating ignorance' by the establishınent of tlıe Soviet Union, continued with tlıe destruction of the schoolmadrasas which have been going on since VII-VIII centuries. The restructuring of schools, the realization of compulsory primary education, compulsory secondary school education and high education system were exanıined in tlıis tlıesis as well. When we look at the subject in terms of educational history, it is determined that the economic, political and cultural clıanges experienced by tlıe country are examined and different development stages are followed as a result of tlıe problems like alplıabet clıange and World War II. In addition to tlıat, tlıis study focuses on tlıe education system (presclıool, elementary sclıool, middle sclıool, lıiglı sclıool), the policies followed, tlıe educational programs and metlıods used in tlıe independence years and in the current Republic of Kazakhstan. In this study, descriptive approaclı was conducted and period of tlıe data obtained from the related documents were analyzed.en_US
