| dc.description.abstract | Piyano hem tarihsel gelişimi, hem de çok sesli ve dayanıklı yapısı ile neredeyse müzik tarihinin tamamında önemli bir çalgı olmuştur. Çalgıya verilen önem, ortaya çıktığı zaman dilimi ve sonrasında artmaya devam etmiştir. Eşlik çalgısı, solo çalgı, perküsyon çalgısı gibi farklı kimliklere bürünen piyano farklı denemelere ve ses üretme çalışmalarına da konu olmuştur. Piyano ve diğer tüm çalgılar üzerinde gerçekleştirilen bu denemeler sonucunda, günümüzde extended teknikler olarak adlandırılan ses üretme yöntemleri keşfedilmiştir. Alışılmış icra tekniklerinin dışında kalan bu yöntemler son yıllarda ilgi uyandırmaktadır. Özellikle çalgı icracısı yetiştirilmesi hususunda müzik eğitimine dâhil edilmesinin kaçınılmaz olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu anlamda, extended piyano tekniklerinin müzik eğitimine dâhil edilmesinin, özellikle piyano icracısı olarak eğitim almakta olan bireylere farklı bir bakış açısı, yeni deneyimler ve beceriler kazandıracağı varsayılmaktadır. Araştırmada extended piyano tekniklerinin notasyonunda kullanılan sembol ve ifadelerin tanıtılması, bu tekniklere ilgi duyan icracılara, eğitimcilere ve bireylere bir kaynak ve rehber oluşturulması ve piyano eğitiminde kullanılmasına yönelik ihtiyaç durumunun sorgulanması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu teknikler ve önemli eser örneklerinin notasyonunda kullanılan sembol ve ifadeler, yapılan doküman analizi, verilen eser örnekleri ve eserlerin notalarının incelenmesi ile ortaya koyulmuştur. Extended piyano tekniklerini kullanarak bestelenmiş eserler arasından notasına ulaşılabilen 9 bestecinin 52 eseri incelenmiş, kullanılan semboller arasındaki benzerliklerin ve farklılıkların yanında kullanım ayrıntıları gösterilmiştir. Araştırmanın ikinci boyutunda, Türkiye'nin önemli üniversitelerinde bestecilik eğitimlerini tamamlamış, 1 tanesi serbest çalışmakta, diğerleri farklı üniversitelerde görev yapmakta olan 8 Türk besteci ile yapılandırılmış görüşme formu uygulanarak görüşmeler ve yazışmalar yapılmış, Türkiye'de bu tekniklere olan bakış açısı, eğitim içerisindeki yeri ve icracı eğitimine sistemli bir şekilde dâhil edilmesi hususundaki gereklilik durumu konularında görüşler alınmıştır. Extended piyano tekniklerinin bestecilerin yeni arayışları ile ortaya çıktığı, tekniklerin genel tanımının çalgıdan alışılagelmişin dışında farklı ses üretme yöntemleri olduğu, notasyonun her bestecinin kendini ifade etme şekline yönelik farklılıklar ve benzerlikler gösterdiği, kullanılan notasyon ve ifadelerin her durumda olmasa bile genel anlamda yeterli olduğu, program notlarının büyük anlamda uygulanacak teknikleri açıklamak hususunda yeterli ve anlaşılır olduğu, yapılan görüşmelerde, Türkiye'de profesyonel müzik eğitimi vererek icracı yetiştiren kurumların öğretim programlarında yeni müziği ve extended teknikleri işleyen bir müfredatın eksikliğinin hissedildiği, sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The piano has been an important instrument during almost all music history with its historical development, polyphonic features and durable structure. The importance given to the instrument continued to increase during different ages. The piano, which takes on different identities such as accompaniment, solo, percussion instrument, has been the subject of different sound production experiments. These experiments on piano and all other instruments have led to the discovery of sound production methods called extended techniques. These methods, which are almost completely out of the usual techniques, have aroused interest in recent years and it is thought that it is inevitable to include them in music education especially in the training of professional performers. In this sense, it is assumed that the knowledge of the extended techniques used on the piano will give new perspectives, new experiences and skills to the individuals who are trained as piano performers. The aim of the study is to introduce symbols and expressions used in the notation of extended piano techniques, to create a resource and guide for performers, educators and individuals interested in these techniques and to question the need for their use in piano education. Extended piano techniques and symbols and expressions used to signify these techniques in important works of various composers presented via document analysis, examples of notation and analyzing scores related to these techniques. Among the pieces composed by using extended piano techniques 52 works of 9 composers were examined. The details of the techniques, symbols and expressions used in these works were shown besides the similarities and differences. Regarding extended piano techniques, the necessity for including these techniques in the piano education process systematically and the point of view about the techniques in Turkey, interviews were made with 8 composer who work in different universities of Turkey. In conclusion it was founded that the extended piano techniques has arised from new searches of composers, thier notation shows similarities and differences according to the choices of composers, the program notes of the scores, symbols and expressions used to signify extended piano techniques in notation is mostly sufficient to discribe what is needed to be done to apply techniques to performers, in Turkey, the composers think that it is definitely necessary to include extended piano techniques in the piano education process systematically. | en_US |
