dc.description.abstractMehmet Ali Ayni siyasi, sosyal, kültürel vb. birçok açıdan önemli değişimlerin yaşandığı bir dönemde hem idareci hem eğitimci olarak görev yapmıştır. İçinde yaşadığı toplumla irtibat kurarken sahip olduğu farklı kimlikler ona yaşadığı dönemi, toplumu farklı açılardan tanıma ve değerlendirme imkanı sunmuştur. Bu özelliğinin önemine binaen bu çalışmayla onun siyaset felsefesini tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Giriş bölümünde Ayni’nin yaşadığı dönemin fikri durumu hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde Ayni’nin hayatı ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiş, ikinci bölümde ise onun insan, toplum ve devlet hakkındaki görüşlerine yer verilmiştir. Son olarak Ayni’nin ideal yönetim şekli olarak kabul ettiği demokrasiden bahsedilmiş ve böylece Mehmet Ali Ayni’nin siyaset felsefesi tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractMehmet Ali Ayni, served as both an administrator and an educator at a time when important changes were experienced political, social, cultural etc. in many respects. The different identities he had while communicating with the society he lived in gave him the opportunity to recognize and evaluate the period in which he lived and the society from different perspectives. Based on the importance of this feature, it is aimed to determine his political philosophy with this study. In the introduction, information is given about the intellectual situation of Ayni's period. In the first part, information about Ayni's life and works is given, and in the second part, his views on people, society and the state are given. Finally, democracy, which Ayni accepted as the ideal form of government, was mentioned and thus Mehmet Ali Ayni's political philosophy was tried to be determined.en_US
