Özet
Teknolojinin eğitimde etkin kullanımını sağlamak amacı ile FATİH Projesi 22.12.2010 tarihinde eğitim
alanında bir yenilik olarak Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı ve Ulaştırma Bakanlığı aracılığı ile başlatılmıştır. FATİH
Projesi kapsamında öğrencilerin ve öğretmenlerin rahat bir şekilde ulaşabildikleri, elektronik içeriklerin ve ders
materyallerinin sunulduğu EBA (Eğitim Bilişim Ağı) sitesi oluşturulmuştur. Ancak EBA içeriğinde yer alan
öğretim materyalleri sadece MEB tarafından oluşturulan içerikler değildir. MEB’in oluşturduğu içeriklerin yanı
sıra farklı eğitim firmaları, öğretmenler ve öğrenciler tarafından da yazılı ve görsel içerikler eklenebilmektedir.
Bu sebeple eklenen içeriklerin kazanımlara uygun olup olmadığının ciddi bir şekilde incelenmesi gerekmektedir.
Bu araştırmanın amacı; EBA sitesinde, 6. sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler dersi kapsamında yer alan konu anlatım
videoları ve soru içeriklerinin (alıştırma, tarama ve öğretmene özel soru) Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretim
Programı’ndaki kazanımlara uygunluğunu incelemek ve varsa eksikliklerin tespitini sağlamaktır. Bu sayede
günümüzde yaşanan pandemi sebebiyle eğitimde oldukça önemli hale gelen EBA sitesindeki içeriklerin ortaya
konulması, eksikliklerin tespit edildiği alanlarda daha fazla içeriğin eklenmesi ve geliştirilmesidir.
Çalışmada nitel araştırma yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın kaynak ve materyallerini; Eğitim
Bilişim Ağı sitesinde yer alan 6. sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler dersi içeriğine ilişkin konu anlatım videoları ile sorular
(alıştırma, tarama ve öğretmene özel soru) ve Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretim Programı (SBÖP) oluşturmaktadır. Veriler
“doküman incelemesi” yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde bir nitel araştırma tekniği olan betimsel
analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır.
Elde edilen bulgular neticesinde EBA sitesinde 6. sınıf Sosyal bilgiler dersi kapsamında yer verilen
konu anlatım videoları ve soru içeriklerinin (alıştırma, tarama ve öğretmene özel soru) 6.sınıf sosyal bilgiler
öğretim programında ki kazanımlar ile uyumlu olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra konu anlatım
video içeriklerinde eksiklikler olduğu bu bakımdan birçok araştırma sonucuyla benzerlik gösterdiği tespit
edilmiştir. Ayrıca EBA’da yer alan video süreleri 1-3 dakikayı geçmeyecek kadar kısadır. Bu nedenle EBA
sitesine konu anlatım videosu eklenirken kazanım ve bilgi yoğunluğu dikkate alınarak videoların zengin bilgiler
içermesine ve sürelerinin daha uzun olmasına dikkat edilmesi önerilmektedir.
FATIH (Movement of Enhancing Opportunities and Improving Technology) Project was launched in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education and Ministry of Transportation on the date of 22.12.2010 as an innovation in the field of education in order to ensure the effective use of technology in education. EBA (Education Information Network) website, which can be easily accessed by both students and teachers and where electronic content and course materials are provided, was created within the scope of the FATIH Project. However, there are more teaching materials within the EBA than just the content created by the Ministry of National Education. Written and visual content can also be uploaded by various education companies, teachers, and students as well as the content created by the Ministry of National Education. For this reason, it must be advertently analyzed whether the added content is in accordance with the learning outcome. The aim of this study is to analyze the accordance of the video lectures and question content (exercises, screening, and questions for teachers) within the scope of the 6th Grade Social Studies course on the EBA website with the learning outcomes stated in the Social Studies Curriculum and to identify the imperfections if any. In this way, it is aimed to reveal the content on the EBA website, which has become quite significant for education due to the pandemic period we live in today, add more content in the fields where imperfections are identified, and improve them. The qualitative research methods, was used in the study. The source and materials of the study consist of video lectures and questions (exercises, screening, and questions for teachers) belonging to the 6th Grade Social Studies course content on the Education Information Network website and Social Studies Curriculum. The data were acquired through the "document review" method. The descriptive analysis method, which is a qualitative research technique, was used in data analysis. As a result of the findings obtained, it was concluded that the video lectures and question content (exercises, screening, and questions for teachers) provided within the scope of the 6th Grade Social Studies course on the EBA website are in accordance with the learning outcomes stated in the social studies curriculum. On the other hand, it was determined that there are some imperfections in the video lecture content and the study shows similarities with many research results in this regard. In addition, the durations of the videos on the EBA website are short in a way not to exceed 1 to 3 minutes. For this reason, it is recommended to pay attention to the video lectures added to the EBA website being information-rich and longer by considering the learning outcome and information density.
