| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde rekabet edebilmek ve istikrarsız çevre koşullarına uyum sağlamak gittikçe zorlaşmaktadır. Teknolojik değişimler, küreselleşme, iklim krizleri gibi işletme faaliyetlerini etkileyen faktörlerin sayısı artmakta ve bu faktörlerde ani değişimler yaşanabilmektedir. Bu değişim ise belirsizliği artırmakta ve kaotik bir ortamın doğmasına neden olmaktadır. Günümüzün kaotik dünyasında ise mevcut yaklaşımlar, süreci açıklamada yetersiz kalmakta ve yeni paradigmalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, çevresel değişimlerin oluşturduğu kaotik ortama uyum sağlamada stratejik yönetim süreci düşüncesinde meydana gelen paradigma değişimlerinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışmada çevresel değişimlerin kaotik yapısına uyum sağlamada stratejik yönetim düşüncesinin nasıl bir formda uygulanması gerektiği belirlenmek istenmektedir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Nitel çalışmalar için veri toplama yöntemlerinden mülakat yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Çalışma amacına uygun olan toplam on dokuz yönetici ile görüşme sağlanmıştır. Çalışmada günümüz kaotik çevresel şartlarına uyum sağlamada stratejik yönetim sürecinin nasıl bir formda uygulanması gerektiği irdelenmiştir. Nitel araştırma sonucunda, stratejik yönetim düşüncesinde süreç ve yapı olarak değişim yaşandığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Yapısal dönüşüm kapsamında, 21. Yüzyıl değişimlerini yönetebilmek için stratejik yönetim sürecinin döngüsel ve çok yönlü karşılıklı ilişki içerisinde yönetilmesi gerektiği anlaşılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Today, it is getting harder and harder to compete and adapt to unstable environmental conditions. The number of factors affecting business activities such as technological changes, globalization, and climate crises is increasing and sudden changes can be experienced in these factors. This change increases uncertainty and causes a chaotic environment. In today's chaotic world, existing approaches are insufficient to explain the process and new paradigms are needed. The aim of this study is to determine the paradigm shifts in the thought of the strategic management process in adapting to the chaotic environment created by environmental changes. In this study, it is desired to determine in what form the strategic management thought should be applied in adapting to the chaotic structure of environmental changes. In the study, content analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The interview method was preferred for data collection. A total of nineteen managers who were suitable for the purpose of the study were interviewed. In this study, it is examined in what form the strategic management process should be applied in order to adapt to today's chaotic environmental conditions. As a result of the qualitative research, it has been concluded that there has been a paradigm shift in strategic management thought as a process and structure. Within the scope of structural transformation, it has been understood that the strategic management process should be managed in a cyclical and multi-dimensional interrelationship in order to manage the 21st century changes. | en_US |
