dc.description.abstractİslam hukuk tarihinde çok sayıda önemli şahısların yetiştiği bilinen bir gerçektir. Bu önemli şahıslardan birisi de Mâlikî fakihi, çok yönlü âlim olan eşŞerif et-Tilimsânî’dir. (ö. 771/1370) eş-Şerif et-Tilimsânî’nin Miftâhu’l-vusûl ilâ binâʾi’l-fürûʿ ʿale’l-usûl adlı eseri fıkhın Tahrîcü'l-furû ale’l-usûl alanında yazılan önemli eserlerden biridir. Biz bu çalışmamızda et-Tilimsânî’nin söz konusu eserde Hanefî mezhebine dair yaptığı atıfları inceledik. Çalışmamız bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın konusu, amacı ve önemi, çalışmada izlenen yöntem ve çalışmanın kaynaklarından bahsettik. Birinci bölümde atıflarını incelediğimiz Şerif etTilimsânî’nin entelektüel biyografisi ve eserleriyle ilgili bilgiler sunduk. İkinci bölümde et-Tilimsânî’nin Hanefî mezhebine dair yaptığı atıfları Hanefî mezhebi ana kaynaklarını inceleyerek değerlendirdik. Sonuç bölümünde ise çalışma neticesinde elde ettiğimiz istatiksel bilgileri veri olarak ibraz edip elde ettiğimiz sonuçları zikrettik.en_US
dc.description.abstractIt is known fact that the history of Islamic law has the remarkable and numerous scholars. One of them is al-Sharif al-Tilimsani (d. 771/1370), who is the versatile scholar of Maliki School. He has noticeable book called Miftah al-wusal ila binaʼ al-furûʿ ʿala al-usul in field of tahric al-furü ‘ala al-usul. In the present study, I have exerted to trace the references made to the Hanafi School in the context of the mentioned book. Our study consists of one introduction and two main chapters. The introductory chapter introduces dissertation’s topic, research questions, importance, limitations and the main resources of the study. The first chapter examines al-Sharif al-Tilimsani’s intellectual biography and some details about his books. The second chapter examines al-Tilimsani’s references to Hanafi School and includes deep analysis of them in the context of main resources of Hanafi School literature. The conclusion part comprises statistical data and evaluations of them.en_US
