Özet
Bu çalışmada beş farklı aldehit türevi (3,5-dikloro-2-hidroksibenzaldehit, 3,5-dibromo-2-
hidroksibenzaldehit, 5-bromo-2-hidroksibenzaldehit, 5-kloro-2-hidroksibenzaldehit, 2,3-dihidroksi benzaldehit) tiyosemikarbazit ile asidik ortamda tepkimeye sokularak beş farklı Schiff bazı türevleri elde
edilmiştir. Elde edilen Schiff bazı türevleri, 2,4‟-dibromoasetofenon ve 2-bromo-4‟-nitroasetofenon
bileşikleriyle ayrı ayrı tepkimeye sokularak yeni tiyazol türevleri sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen Schiff
bazı-tiyazol türevlerinin yapı tayini FT-IR, 1H NMR ve 13C NMR spektroskopi teknikleri ile karakterize
edilmiştir. Sentezlenen Schiff bazı-tiyazol türevlerinin antimikrobiyal ve antioksidan aktivite çalışmaları
gerçekleştirilmiştir.
In this study, five different Schiff base derivatives were obtained by reacting five different aldehyde derivatives (3,5-dichloro-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 5-bromo-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 2,3-dihydroxybenzaldehyde) with thiosemicarbazide in acidic media. New thiazole derivatives were synthesized by reacting the obtained Schiff base derivatives with 2,4'-dibromoacetophenone and 2-bromo-4'-nitroacetophenone compounds separately. Structure determination of synthesized Schiff base and thiazole derivatives were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopic techniques. Antimicrobial and antioxidant activity studies of synthesized Schiff base and thiazole derivatives were carried out.
