| dc.description.abstract | Türkiye Cumhuriyeti, bu yıl içerisinde yüz yılı aşmış bir devlettir. Devletin bir asırlık ömründe gerçekleştirmiş olduğu siyasi, ekonomik ve eğitim amaçlı birçok politikası ve bu politikalarında başta iç ve dış olmak üzere pek çok belirleyici unsur bulunmaktadır. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tarihinin ilk yirmi yedi yılını kapsayan tek parti iktidarı dönemi, bir asırlık tarihte önemli ve ayrıcalıklı bir yere sahiptir. Bu dönemin önemi ve ayrıcalığı, ülkenin bizzat kurucuları tarafından yönetim sürecinin gerçekleştirilmiş olmasından ileri gelmektedir. Bunun yanında Millî Mücadele sonrasında ve İkinci Dünya Savaşı yıllarındaki politikalara tek parti dönemi içerisinde yön verilmiş olması, bu dönemi Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tarihinde ayrıcalıklı bir yere taşıyan önemli konu başlıklarıdır. Söz konusu olayların yanı sıra ekonomi politikalarındaki yol haritaları ve ülke ekonomisini güçlendirmek ile beraber uluslararası ticaret faaliyetlerinde gösterilen atılım süreçleri, tek parti dönemini incelemek için önemli ekonomik sebepler arasında yer almaktadır. Bu tezde tek parti iktidarı olarak literatüre geçen yirmi yedi yıllık kesintisiz bir sürecin dış siyaseti ve ekonomi politikaları incelenmiştir. İncelenen dış ilişkiler, siyasi politika değerinde değil; ekonomik alanda irdelenmiş, ilişkilere yön veren ekonomik faktörler ve altyapıları değerlendirilmiştir. Uygulanan politikalar ile ulaşılmak istenen kazançlar ve ittifaklar, altyapıları ve uluslararası ortam dikkate alınarak değerlendirilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The Republic of Turkey is a state that has exceeded one hundred years of existence this year. The state has realized many political, economic and educational policies in its century-long lifespan, and these policies have many determining factors, especially internal and external ones. The period of one-party rule, which covers the first twenty-seven years of the history of the Republic of Turkey, has an important and privileged place in the history of a century. The importance and privilege of this period stems from the fact that it was governed by the founders of the country themselves. In addition, the fact that the policies in the aftermath of the National Struggle and during the Second World War were shaped during the single party period are important topics that carry this period to a privileged place in the history of the Republic of Turkey. In addition to the aforementioned events, the road maps in economic policies and the breakthrough processes shown in international trade activities along with strengthening the country's economy are among the important economic reasons to examine the single party period. In this thesis, the foreign and economic policies of a twenty-seven-year uninterrupted period, which is referred to in the literature as the single party rule, are analyzed. The foreign relations were analyzed not in terms of political policy, but in the economic field, and the economic factors and infrastructures that shaped the relations were evaluated. The gains and alliances sought to be achieved through the policies implemented were evaluated by taking into account their infrastructure and the international environment. | en_US |
