| dc.description.abstract | Nazal valv cerrahisinde uygulanan spreader greft ile otospreader flep tekniklerinin fonksiyonel sonuçlarının akustik rinometri kullanılarak karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Mayıs 2017 – Haziran 2018 tarihleri arasında Anatomi laboratuarında 10 tane taze dondurulmuş kadavra başı üzerinde iki taraflı olmak üzere toplam 20 nazal bölgeye açık septoplasti tekniği ile yaklaşılarak bilateral nazal valv cerrahisi uygulandı. Bunlardan 10 nazal valv bölgesine spreader greft uygulanırken diğer 10 nazal valv bölgesine ise otospreader flep yöntemi kullanıldı. Kadavralara işlem öncesi ve sonrası olmak üzere akustik rinometre cihazı ile ölçümler yapıldı. Akustik rinometri tek bir araştırmacı tarafından yapıldı. Akustik rinometre ile MAC1, MAC2 ve Vol değerleri ölçüldü. Bulgular: Spreader greft grubunda postoperatifMAC1, MAC2, Vol değerleri preoperatif değerlere göre istatiksel olarak anlamlı yüksekti. Otospreader flep grubunda postoperatif MAC1, MAC2, Vol değerleri preoperatif değerlere göre istatiksel olarak anlamlı yüksekti. Her iki teknik birbiri ile karşılaştırdığımızda spreader greft grubu lehine istatiksel olarak anlamlı yüksekti. Sonuç: Nazal valv rekonstrüksiyonunda farklı cerrahi yöntemler kullanılmasına rağmen spreader greft tekniği altın standart olmaya devam etmektedir. Bizim çalışmamızda her iki tekniğin sonuçları olumlu olmakla birlikte spreader greft tekniği otospreader flep tekniğine göre daha anlamlı idi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, it was aimed to compare the spreader graft and otospreader flap techniques applied in nasal valve surgery in functional cadavers using acoustic rhinometry. Materials and Methods: Between May 2017 and June 2018, bilateral nasal valve surgery was performed in the Anatomy laboratory by approaching the open septoplasty technique to a total of 20 nasal regions, 10 bilaterally on the fresh frozen cadaver head. Spreader grafts were applied to 10 nasal valve regions, and otospreader flap method was used to the other 10 nasal valve regions. Cadavers were measured with an acoustic rhinometry device before and after the procedure. Acoustic rhinometry was performed by a single researcher. MAC1, MAC2 and Vol values were measured with an acoustic rhinometer. Results: Postoperative MAC1, MAC2, Vol values were statistically significantly higher than preoperative values in the spreader graft group. Postoperative MAC1, MAC2, Vol values were statistically significantly higher than preoperative values in the otospreader flap group. It was statistically significantly higher in favor of the spreader graft group when the two techniques were compared. Conclusion: Although different surgical methods are used in nasal valve reconstruction, the spreader graft technique continues to be the gold standard. Although the results of both techniques were positive, the spreader graft technique was more significant than the otospreader flap technique in our study. | en_US |
