| dc.description.abstract | Türkiye'de yapılan tekstil üretimi, Dünya pazarında önemli bir konumda bulunan bu alan, rekabetin giderek daha yoğunlaştığı bir ortamda faaliyet göstermektedir. Bu rekabetçi ortamda, Türk tekstil sanayicilerinin daha etkili ve verimli olabilmesi için maliyetlerini düşürmeleri, daha sürdürülebilir bir iş modeli geliştirmeleri büyük bir önem taşımaktadır. Özellikle tekstil endüstrisi personele bağlı ve emek yoğunluğu çok olan bir sektör olduğu için iş gücü planlaması kritik bir faktör haline gelmektedir. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmanın Türk tekstil üreticilerine üretim maliyetlerini düşürme konusunda önemli katkılar sağlayabileceği düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmadaki amacımız verimsiz çalışan bir fabrikadaki üretim hattı için montaj hattı dengeleme uygulaması yaparak verimli hale getirmek, üretim kapasitesini arttırmak ve çalışan eksikliği görünen alanlarda aslında çalışan eksikliği değil verimli çalıştırılmayan işçiler olduğunu göstermektir. Montaj hattı dengeleme çalışmalarıyla işçi maliyetleri düşürülecek ve üretim yapılan ürün adedi artacaktır. Bu çalışmada iyileştirmeler için benzetim yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma yapıldıktan sonra fabrikanın kapasite kullanım oranı artmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Textile production in Turkey, which has an important position in the world market, operates in an environment where competition is increasingly intense. In this competitive environment, it is of great importance for Turkish textile industrialists to reduce their costs and develop a more sustainable business model in order to be more effective and efficient. Since the textile industry is a sector that is dependent on personnel and has a high labor intensity, workforce planning becomes a critical factor. In this context, it is thought that this study can make significant contributions to Turkish textile manufacturers in reducing production costs. Our aim in this study is to make an assembly line balancing application for the production line in an inefficient factory, to make it efficient, to increase production capacity and to show that in areas where there is a shortage of workers, there is actually not a shortage of workers but workers who are not employed efficiently. Labor costs will be reduced and the number of products produced will increase with assembly line balancing studies. The simulation method was used for improvements in this study. After this study, the capacity utilization rate of the factory increased. | |
