| dc.description.abstract | Etkili ve güzel konuşma sanatı olan hitabet, insan hayatında, doğumdan ölüme, ticaretten sanata, hayatın her safhasında ve her alanında önemli bir yere, role ve büyük bir değere sahiptir. Toplumları sürükleyici ve istenilen durumlara yönlendirici edebî bir sanat oluşu sebebi ile, ilkçağlardan bu yana her zaman, her toplumda değerini korumuştur. Hitabet, Eski Yunan ve Roma dönemlerinde gelişmiş; Araplarda, Câhiliye döneminde önemli bir sanat haline hale gelmiş, İslâmiyet ile birlikte Kur'an-ı Kerim sayesinde daha da güçlenerek, özellikle de Emevîler döneminde adeta zirve yapmıştır. Bu dönemde, hitabetin, ikna etme, öğüt verme ve insanları irşad etme, devletin siyasetini planlama ve resmi görüşlerini halka kabul ettirme amacı ile kullanıldığı; ancak, Haccâc b. Yûsuf ile birlikte, öfkenin, merhametsizliğin, baskı ve şiddetin bir aracı haline dönüştüğü müşahede olunmuştur. Daha sonraki dönemleri de önemli oranda etkileyen Emevî dönemi hitabetinin kat ettiği mesafe, Abbasiler döneminde bile görülmemiştir. Bundan dolayı, Emeviler dönemi hitabetine dair örnekler, İslâm edebiyat tarihinin zengin edebî bir koleksiyonu durumundadır. | dc.description.abstract | It has an important place, role and great value in human life, from birth to death, from trade to art, in every stage of life and in every aspect of life. It has always maintained its value in every ball since the early ages, due to the fact that it is a literary art that drives society to the most compelling and desirable situations. The address has become an important art in ancient Greek and Roman periods; in Arabs, during the period of ignorance, Islam and the Koran strengthened even more, especially during the time of Umayyad. In this period, the addressee was used to persuade, advise, and raise people, plan the politics of the state, and to make public their official views; however, together with Hajjac b. Joseph, it has been revealed that anger, cruelty, oppression and violence have turned into a tool. The distance of the Umayyad period address, which affects significantly later periods, was not seen even during the Abbasid period. Therefore, examples of the Umayyad period are a rich literary collection in the history of Islamic literature.
