dc.description.abstractİrşâdü’l-akli’s-selîm ilâ mezâya’l-kitâbi’l-kerîm isimli eser, fakih, müfessir aynı zamanda şeyhülislâm olan Ebüssuûd Efendi tarafından yazılmıştır. İrşâdü’lakli’s-selîm, onun en çok tanınan ve okunan eseridir. Müellif, eserini dirayet metoduna göre yazmış ve âyetlerin tefsirinde birçok rivayete yer vermiştir. Tezimiz giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın konusunu, amacını, önemini, metodonu ve kaynaklarını belirttikten sonra birinci bölümde Ebüssuûd Efendi ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verdik. İkinci bölümde ise İrşâdü’l-akli’s-selîm ilâ mezâya’l-kitâbi’l-kerîm isimli eserin V. cildinde geçen yüz bir rivayetin hangi kaynaklarda geçtiğini tespit edip sıhhat durumları hakkında yapılan değerlendirmeleri aktardık. İncelenen yüz bir rivayetin otuz sekiz tanesi Kütüb-i Tis’a’da, yirmi iki tanesi diğer hadis kaynaklarında, otuz sekiz tanesi tefsir eserlerinde geçmekte olup üç tane rivayetin kaynağı bulunamamıştır. Yüz bir rivayetin otuz beş tanesinin sahih, bir tanesinin hasen, on sekiz tanesinin zayıf rivâyet olduğu, surelerin faziletleri ile ilgili tefsir eserlerinden nakledilen rivâyetlerin yedi tanesinin mevzu haber olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Kırk rivâyetin de sıhhat durumu hakkında hüküm verilememiştir. Çalışmaya konu olan İrşâdü’l-akli’s-selîm ilâ mezâya’l-kitâbi’l-kerîm isimli eserin beşinci cildinde toplam yedi sûre ve altı yüz kırk bir âyet bulunmaktadır. Ebüssuûd Efendi, müteşâbih âyetleri göz önünde bulundurursak hemen hemen her âyette konu ile ilgili bir rivayeti mutlaka zikretmiştir. Zikrettiği rivayetlerin büyük çoğunluğu ilk dönem tefsir kaynakları ve Kütüb-i Tis’a’da yer almaktadıren_US
dc.description.abstractThe work named Irshād al-aql al-salīm ilā mazāyā al-kitāb al-karīm was written by Abū al-Su’ūd Efendi, who was a jurist, exegete and shaykh al-Islām. Irshād al-aql al-sālim ilā mazāyā al-kitāb al-karīm is the most well-known and read work of Abū al-Su’ūd Efendi. The author wrote his tafsīr [interpretation of the Qur’an] according to the method of dirāyāh [acumen: interpretation of the Qur’an according to the mind] and included many narrations [words and actions of the Prophet Muhammad] in the interpretation of the verses [letters, words or sentences in the Qur’an]. This study consists of an introduction and two parts. After stating the subject, purpose, importance, method and sources of the research in the introduction part, we gave information about Abū al-Su’ūd Efendi and his works in the first part. In the second part, we determined the sources of one hundred and one narrations in the 5th volume of the work, called Irshād al-aql al-salīm ilā mazāyā al-kitāb al-karīm and conveyed the evaluations of the reviewers about their reliability. Thirty-eight of the one hundred and one narrations we have examined are mentioned in al-Kutub at-Tis’ah [famous nine narrations books written in the 9th century] sources, twenty two are mentioned in other hadith sources, and thirty eight are mentioned in tafsīr sources, and the source of three narrations could not be found. Thirty-five of one hundred and one narrations are sahīh (sound), one is hasen (good), and eighteen are ḍa’īf (weak), seven of the narrations in tafsīr works related to virtues of sūrahs have been determined as mawḍu (fabricated) news. Soundness of forty narrations could not be determined. In the fifth volume of the work called Irshād al-aql al-salīm ilā mazāyā alkitāb al-karīm there are seven sūrahs [each of the 114 chapters of the Qur’an] and six hundred and forty-one verses. Considering the similar verses, Abū al-Suūd Efendi has definitely mentioned a narration related to the subject in almost every verse. The majority of the narrations he mentions are in the first period tafsīr sources and alKutub al-Tis’ah.en_US
