dc.description.abstractBir eylem araştırması olarak desenlenen bu araştırmanın amacı işitme kayıplı bir 4. sınıf öğrencisinin Türkçe dersindeki dinleme becerilerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın katılımcıları, işitme kayıplı 4. sınıf öğrencisi, öğrencinin annesi ve öğretmen/araştırmacıdır. Araştırmanın verileri, Türkçe dersinde yapılan dinleme becerileri uygulamaları, öğrencinin kendisiyle ve annesi ile yapılan görüşmeler, araştırmacı günlükleri, geçerlilik güvenirlik komitesi toplantıları, bunlara dair tutulan ses ve video kayıtları yoluyla toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler gerektiğinde betimsel gerektiğinde ise tümevarımsal olarak tez danışmanı ile analiz edilmiştir. İşitme kayıplı 4.sınıf öğrencisinin dinleme becerileri, uygulama öncesinde, uygulama ortasında ve son yapılan uygulamadan sonra ‘Dinleme Becerileri Veri Toplama Matrisi’ yardımıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulguları öğretmenin Türkçe dersinde işitme kayıplı öğrencisiyle gerçekleştirdiği dinleme becerileri etkinliklerinin ve kullandığı öğretim stratejilerinin, işitme kayıplı öğrencide dinleme becerisi gelişimini desteklediği, öğrencinin kelime bilgisinin geliştiği, yapılan dinleme becerilerine gösterdiği etkin katılım sonucunda etkili dinleme becerilerine sahip olduğu ve işiten akranlarına benzer dinleme becerileri sergilediği yönündedir. Araştırmanın sonucunda işitme kayıplı öğrencinin var olan dinleme becerilerinin yapılan nitelikli dinleme uygulama etkinlikleri ile gelişme gösterdiği görülmüştür.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research, structured as an action research, is to examine the listening skills of a 4th grade student with hearing loss in Turkish class. The participants of the research are the 4th grade student with hearing loss, the student's mother, and the teacher/researcher. The data of the research were collected through listening skills practices in Turkish class, interviews conducted with the student and the (his) mother, researcher's journals, validityreliability committee meetings, and audio/video recordings kept for these purposes. The collected data were analyzed descriptively when necessary and inductively with the thesis advisor. The listening skills of the 4th grade student with hearing loss were evaluated using the 'Listening Skills Data Collection Matrix' before the practice, midway through the practice, and after the final practice. The findings of the research indicate that the listening skills activities conducted by the teacher in Turkish class with the student with hearing loss and the teaching strategies used support the development of listening skills of the student with hearing loss. It was found that the student's vocabulary improved, he demonstrated effective listening skills as a result of active participation in the listening skills activities, and they exhibited listening skills similar to his hearing peers. As a result of the research, it was observed that the existing listening skills of the student with hearing loss improved with the qualified listening practice activities conducted.
