dc.description.abstractKudurî, IV. asırda yaşamış, Hanefî mezhebinin önde gelen simalarından birisidir. Kudûrî, sadece kendi mezhebini öğrenmekle yetinmemiş, aynı zamanda hadis uleması tarafından "sadûk" olarak nitelendirilecek düzeyde hadis ve en az bir şâfiî kadar Şâfiî mezhebini de delilleriyle birlikte öğrenmiştir. Kudûrî birçok te'lifatının yanı sıra, Hanefî ve Şâfiîlerin ihtilaf ettiği meseleleri delilleriyle birlikte ele almak suretiyle et-Tecrîd adlı eserini hazırlamıştır. Bu eserinde her iki mezhebin ilgili mesele için irad ettikleri görüşlerini ve ihticâclarını karşılaştırarak, cedel yöntemiyle farklı açılardan incelemiştir. Kitâbü's-Salât özelinde iki mezhebin nasslara dayalı ihtilâflarının, sübûta ve delâlete dair olmak üzere ikili bir taksimi yapılmıştır. Rivayetin sübûtuna dair ihtilâflar, rivayetlerin senedine ve kaynağına yönelik olarak ele alınmıştır. Delâlete dair ihtilâflar ise; lafızların vaz'ına, manaya mefhum ve delâletine, teviline, kapsamına ve gramatik açıdan farklı yorumlanmasına dair ihtilâflar olmak üzere beşli bir taksime sahiptir. Eserde bunların her birinde cedel metodu kullanılarak delillerin münakaşası yapılmakta ve Hanefî mezhebinin görüşleri savunulmaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractKuduri has lived in 4th century(hijri), he is one of the leading figures of the Hanafi sect. Kuduri has not only learnt about his own sect, at the same time he learned hadith at the level to be considered "sadûq" by the hadith scholars and learned Shafiî sect with proofs at least at the level of a shafiî. In addition to many of his teachings, Kuduri prepared his work called et-Tecrid by taking into consideration the issues controversy of the Hanafi and Shafiites with their arguments.In this work, both sects examined different aspects from the viewpoint of cedel by comparing the views and needs which they had for the related issue. In case of Kitabu's-Salat, a dual division has been established; ther's a dispute between two sects based on "nass" which involve certainty and guidance.The controversy over the rumor has been addressed to the narrative and the source of the narrations. Controversies over punctuality have a five-fold set of disputes over the vases of speech, the notion of conception and interpretation, and the interpretation of its scope and grammatical interpretation.In each of these works, the arguments are made by using the cedel method and the opinions of Hanafi sect are defended.en_US
