Özet
Bu yüksek lisans tezi, büyük işletmelerin ürün portföy yönetiminde geleneksel ürün portföy analizi yöntemlerini ve TIME modelini araştırmaktadır. TIME modeli, ürünlerin yaşam döngüsünü Tolerate (Tolere Et), Invest (Yatırım Yap), Migrate (Göç Et), ve Eliminate (Ele) aşamalarında değerlendirir. Tezde, bu modelin bir savunma sanayi firmasında stratejik karar alma süreçlerinde nasıl uygulanabileceği incelenmektedir. Çalışma, TIME modeli ve ürün portföy analizi yöntemlerinin birleşiminden oluşan hibrit model ile işletmelerin ürün portföylerini daha verimli yönetmelerine olanak tanıyan stratejik bir çerçeve sunmaktadır.
This master's thesis explores traditional product portfolio analysis methods and the TIME model in the context of product portfolio management in large enterprises.
