dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, ortaöğretim dil ve edebiyat ders kitaplarının kelime hazinesi ve kelime sıklığı üzerine inceleme yapılmıştır. Söz konusu kitapların kelime hazinesi açısından Milli Eğitim Bakanlığınca belirlenen hedeflere uygunluğunun saptanması, lise ve dengi okul öğrencilerinin dil becerilerinin güçlendirilmesi amacıyla onlara sunulan kelime kadrosunun tespiti, bu kadronun Türkçenin kelime hazinesi ile paralelliğinin belirlenmesi, yazılı Türkçenin kelime sıklığı üzerine yapılan çalışmalara katkıda bulunarak, elde edilen verilerin daha önce yapılan sıklık çalışmaları doğrultusunda değerlendirilmesi gibi amaçlarla çalışma zemini oluşturulmuştur. 9 - 10 - 11 ve 12. sınıf öğrencileri için hazırlanan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına ait, Türk Edebiyatı ve Dil ve Anlatım kitaplarından oluşan sekiz kitaptan veri elde edilmiş ve 51.160 kelime değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde ele aldığımız konunun kavramsal sınırları çizilmiş, konu üzerine Türkiye'de ve Türkiye dışında yapılan araştırmalar incelenmiş, ikinci bölümünde ise çalışma yöntemimiz ve ulaştığımız sonuçlar aktarılmıştır. Ana metnimizi oluşturan sıklık sözlüğümüz hem sayısal hem alfabetik sıralı olarak çalışmamıza eklenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study analyzes vocabulary and word frequency of secondary education language and literature books. Study background has been established with purposes of (i) determining the compliance of the aforementioned books to objectives set by the Ministry of Education with respect to vocabulary, (ii) identifying the word stock presented to the students of high schools and equivalents thereof in order to improve their language skills, (iii) determining the parallelism of this word stock with Turkish vocabulary, (iv) evaluating the acquired data in line with the previous frequency studies while contributing to the studies on the word frequency of written Turkish. The data was collected from eight books composed of Turkish Literature, Language and Expression books published by the Ministry of Education for 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade students and 51.160 words were included in the evaluation. The first section of the study lays the conceptual framework and examines the domestic and foreign studies. The methodology and the findings were discussed in the second section of the study. The dictionary of frequency which constitutes the main body is attached to the study both in alphabetical and numerical order.en_US
