dc.description.abstractGöç; Türkiye'nin jeopolitik konumu gereği hem transit hem de hedef ülke anlamında her zaman gündeminde olan bir olgudur. Bu noktada tarihinin en başından beri göçe sürekli tanıklık eden bir ülke olan Türkiye için tarihinin en büyük ve etkili kitlesel göçünün Suriyelilerin göçü olduğundan söz edilebilir. Suriyeli sığınmacıların ülkemize gelişi gerek devlet gerekse toplum açısından pek çok etki oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma da bu anlamda Suriyeli sığınmacılara yönelik sosyal kabul ve dışlama mekanizmalarının söylemlerdeki yansımasının nasıl olduğunu, çalışmalarda sunulduğu üzere ayrımcılık ve dışlamanın yoğun olup olmadığını çözümlemek üzerine hazırlanmıştır. Çalışma, teorik ve uygulamalı olmak üzere iki bölümdür. İlk bölümde teorik anlamda genel olarak göç, Türkiye'nin göç tarihi ve Arap Baharı süreci ele alınıp tartışılmıştır. Uygulamayı kapsayan ikinci bölümde ise nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış olup; hem Suriyeli sığınmacılar hem de yerli halkın gözünde mevcut durumu ortaya koymak adına 13 Suriyeli sığınmacı, 20 yerli halk ile olmak üzere toplamda 33 kişi ile yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu çerçevesinde görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada gerek Suriyeli sığınmacıların gerekse yerli halkın söylemleri bağlamında sosyal kabul ve dışlama mekanizmalarının dile nasıl yansıdığı ortaya koyulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractMigration is an issue that is always on the agenda in terms of both transit and destination countries due to Turkey's geopolitical position. At this point, it can be said that the greatest and the most influential mass migration in its history is the emigration of Syrians for Turkey, which is a country that has been witnessing migration ever since beginning of its history. The arrival of Syrian asylum seekers to our country has many impacts both on the state and society. In this context, the study was prepared to analyze how social acceptance and exclusion mechanisms for Syrian asylum seekers are reflected in the discourse, as presented in the studies, whether discrimination and exclusion are intensive or not. The study is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the first part, in general, migration in the theoretical sense was discussed in the context of migration history of Turkey and process of The Arab Spring. In the second part of the application, qualitative research method was used; in order to present the current situation in the eyes of both Syrian asylum seekers and local people, interviews were held with 13 Syrian asylum seekers, 20 local people and in total 33 people using semi-structured interview techniques. As a result of the research, considering the discourse of Syrian asylum seekers and the local people, it was found that the level of social acceptance is still high and that exclusion and discrimination are not as intense as it is presented.en_US
