dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Osmanlı Devleti'nin son zamanlarına ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin ilk yıllarına şahitlik etmiş, 1877 doğumlu, Mülkiye Mektebi mezunlarından Kaymakam Reşid Fânî Bey'in hayatı, şahsiyeti ve Fânî Çiçekler adlı eseri incelenmiştir. Şahsi kütüphanemizde bulunan Fânî Çiçekler ve şairin diğer eserleri bu çalışma için temel kaynak olarak kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde Reşid Fânî'nin yaşadığı dönemin sosyal, siyasi ve edebî durumu hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde, biyografik kaynaklarda hakkında bilgi bulunmayan Reşid Fânî'nin hayatı, şahsiyeti ve eserleri aktarılmış; ikinci bölümde Fânî Çiçekler'in şekil ve muhteva açısından incelemesi yapılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde eserin transkripsiyonlu metni bulunmaktadır. Çalışmanın sonunda sonuç bölümü ve şair hakkında elde ettiğimiz belgelerden örnekler yer almaktadır. Hazırlanan bu doktora teziyle, unutulmuş bir şair olan Reşid Fânî'nin Türk edebiyatındaki yerini belirlemeye yönelik bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Fânî Çiçekler'in detaylı incelemesi ve günümüz Türkçesine aktarılmasıyla şairin edebî mirası gün yüzüne çıkarılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the life and personality of a qaimaqam, Rashid Fânî, born in 1877, one of the graduates of Maktab-e Mulkiya (School of Politcal Science), who witnessed the last times of the Ottoman State and the first years of the Republic of Turkey, and his work called Fânî Çiçekler (i.e. 'Mortal Flowers') are analyzed. Fânî Çiçekler in our personal library and the other works of the poet have been referred to as the main sources of the study. In the introduction to the study, information is given about the social, political and literary situation of the period in which Rashid Fânî lived. In the first chapter, the chronological life, personality and works of Rashid Fânî, about whom there is no information in biographical sources, are presented, and in the second chapter, Fânî Çiçekler is analysed in terms of form and content. In the third chapter, the work was transcribed into Turkish. At the end of the study, there is a conclusion section followed by an appendix that includes some examples of the documents we have gathered about the poet. With this doctoral dissertation, a study has been conducted to determine the place of Rashid Fânî, a forgotten poet, in Turkish literature. Through a detailed analysis of Fânî Çiçekler, and its translation into modern Turkish, the poet's literary heritage has been brought forth.en_US
