dc.description.abstract1992-1995 yılları arasında Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Göğüs Hastalıkları ve Tüberküloz Anabilim Dalı kliniğinde yatarak tedavi gören tüberkülozlu olguların dosyaları incelendi. Bu süre içerisinde 267 (%68.3) erkek, 124 (%31.7) kadın olmak üzere toplam 391 tüberkülozlu olgunun takip ve tedavileri yapıldı. Olgularımızın hastanede yatış süreleri ortalama 31 gün bulundu. Anatomik lokalizasyona göre akciğer tüberkülozlu 304 (%77.7) olgu birinci sırayı alırken, ikinci sıklıkla 63 (%16.1) tüberküloz plörezi olgusu mevcuttu. 323 (%80.0) olguda bakteriyolojik veya patolojik olarak kesin tüberküloz tanısı konuldu. Olguların 78 (%19.9)'unun hikayesinde ailede tüberkülozlu olgu olduğu öğrenildi. Akciğer parankim tüberkülozlu olup balgam tetkiki yapılmış olguların 246 (%81.7)'sinin balgamında teksifle asidorezistan basil görüldü, 128 (%42.5) olgunun kültüründe de üreme oldu. Direnç testi yapılmış 122 olgunun 82 (%67.2)'sinde bir veya birden fazla ilaca direnç tesbit edildi. Primer direnç %38.5, sekonder direnç %28.7 oranlarındaydı. Olguların 92 (%23.5)'inin takiplerinin düzenli yapılmadığı ve tedavilerine devam edilmediği tesbit edildi. Bunların 68 (%17.3)'ünün verem savaş dispanserlerinde kayıtlan bulunamadı. Bütün bu bulgularımız ilimiz ve çevresinde tüberküloz kontrol çalışmalarının, hasta takibi, temaslı muayenesi, ihbar ve kayıt yönleriyle yeterli olmadığını göstermektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe files of the tuberculosis cases hospitalised in Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pulmonary Diseases and Tuberculosis service and received medical therapy between 1992 and 1995 were evaluated. 391 cases were followed up and treated during this time. 267 (%68.3) of these cases were male and 124 (%31.7) were female. Avarage hospitalization time were 31 days. The most frequent anatomic localisation was lungs with 304 (%77.7) cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and second most frequent site was pleura with 63 (%16.1) cases of tuberculous pleurisy. In 323 (%80.0) cases, definite bacteriologic or patologic diagnosis of tuberculosis were made. 78 (%19.9) cases had the positive family history of tuberculosis. Asidoresistant bacilli were positive with the homogenization method in 246 (%81.7) of pulmonary tuberculosis cases who had the microbiological evaluation of sputum and 128 (%42.5) cases had positive culture. Resistance tests were made in 122 cases, 82 (%67.2) of these cases had resistance to, at least, one of the drugs. Primer and seconder resistances were %38.5 and %28.7, respectively. Follow up of 92 (%23.5) eases was not regular and their treatment was not continued. Registrations of 68 (%17.3) of these cases were not found in the dispanseries of tuberculosis. All these findings show that efforts of tuberculosis control in our city and the periphery are insufficient in respect to 33follow up, notification and registration of patients and examination of people in contact with the patients.en_US
