Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı; elektrik enerjisi, iletim ve dağıtım şebekeleri ile üretildiği bölgeden diğer bölgelere taşınabilen ancak depolanamayan bir enerji kaynağı olması nedeni ile elektrik enerjisi talebinin tahmin edilmesi operasyonel ve mali planlama çalışmalarında da kullanılacağından doğru ve gerçeğe yakın tahminler yapılması için kullanılacak metot seçiminin analizidir. Elektrik dağıtım şirketleri tarafından yapılan tahminler ülkemizin 10 yıllık tahmin projeksiyonunu ortaya koyacağı için; yapılan tahminlerin doğruluk oranları, bu tahminler baz alınarak gerçekleştirilen planlama ve yatırım çalışmalarının daha sağlıklı olmasını sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada ise Konya' da faaliyet gösteren bir elektrik dağıtım şirketinin önümüzdeki 10 yıl içerisindeki elektrik tüketim tahminleri farklı yöntemlerle yapılmış olup kıyaslanarak şirketin sonraki süreçler için hangi yöntemi kullanması gerektiğine bilimsel bir şekilde karar verilmiştir.
The purpose of this study is choosing the method to be used to make accurate and near-realistic estimates for electricity demand. Electric energy is an energy source that can be transported by transmission and distribution networks, but cannot be stored in the region where electricity is produced. The estimates made by the electricity distribution companies show the 10 year forecast of the country. Accuracy rates of the estimations will make the planning and investment studies based on these estimates healthier. In this study, the electricity consumption forecasts of an electricity distribution company operating in Konya in the next 10 years were obtained by different methods and the method that should be used by the company for the next forecasting processes was determined.
