dc.description.abstractOsmanlı Devleti'nde bir yıllık olayları göstermek amacıyla hazırlanan eserlere salname adı verilmiştir. Bu yıllıklarda devlet teşkilatı, eğitim durumu, ekonomik hayat, sosyal yaşam, yüksek devlet memurlarına ait bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca Ticaret, Maliye, Adliye ve Maarif nezaretlerine bağlı okul, matbaa, kütüphaneler ve İstanbul'da çıkan gazetelerin adları da salnamelerde yer almaktadır. Osmanlı Devleti'ndeki ilk resmi salname, 1847 yılında ''Salname-i Devlet-i Osmaniye'' olarak yayınlanmaya başlanmıştır. Bu tarihten itibarende periyodik olarak çıkarılmaya devam etmiştir. Devlet salnamelerinin Cumhuriyet döneminde yayımına devam edilmiş, ilk ikisi Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet Salnamesi adıyla 1925-1926 ve 1927-1928 yıllarında Osmanlı alfabesiyle, üçüncüsü Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet Yıllığı adıyla 1928-1929 yıllarında Latin harfleriyle basılmıştır. Bu çalışma Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet Salnamelerinin 1925-1926 yıllarında Osmanlı alfabesi basılan nüshasından oluşmaktadır. Maliye ve Ticaret Vekâleti'ne ait olan kısımları günümüz alfabesiyle transkribe edilerek değerlendirilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe works prepared to show the events of one year in the Ottoman Empire were called salname. In these annals, information about the state organization, educational status, economic life, social life, and high civil servants are included. In addition, the names of schools, printing houses, libraries and newspapers published in Istanbul are included in the yearbooks, which are affiliated to the Ministry of Commerce, Finance, Courthouse and Education. The first official yearbook in the Ottoman Empire began to be published as "Salname-i Devlet-i Osmaniye" in 1847. Since then, it has continued to be issued periodically. Publication of the state yearbooks continued in the Republican period, the first two were published under the name of the Turkish Republic State Yearbook in 1925-1926 and 1927-1928 in the Ottoman alphabet, and the third was published in Latin letters in 1928-1929, under the name of the Republic of Turkey State Yearbook. This study consists of the copy of the State Yearbooks of the Republic of Turkey, which was printed in the Ottoman alphabet in 1925-1926. The parts belonging to the Ministry of Finance and Trade have been transcribed and evaluated with today's alphabet.en_US
