| dc.description.abstract | Araştırmanın amacı okul etkililiği, öğretmenlerin iş doyumu ile okul etkililiğinin öğretmenlerin iş doyumuna etkisi konusunda öğretmen görüşlerini belirlemek; okul etkililiği ve öğretmenlerin iş doyumu arasında anlamlı ilişki olup olmadığını ortaya koymaktır. İlişkisel tarama yöntemiyle yapılan bu araştırmanın evreni 2015-2016 eğitim öğretim yılında Konya ili merkez ilçeleri ile bazı ilçelerde görev yapan 18.601 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, çalışma evreni içerisinden tesadüfî örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak seçilen 62 okulda görev yapan 760 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. "Okul Etkililiği Ölçeği" ile "Minnesota "İş Doyumu Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmamızda Regresyon Analizi, Pearson momentler çarpımı korelasyon tekniği, Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) ve t-Testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma soncunda, okul etkililiği ile öğretmenlerin iş doyumu arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Okul etkililiği alt boyutlarından "okul müdürü" ve "Okul kültürü ve ortamı", öğretmenlerin iş doyumuna en fazla etki eden boyutlar olmuştur. Öğretmenlerin iş doyumunu etkileyen faktörlere ilişkin algılarında cinsiyet, medeni durum, kıdem değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel bakımdan anlamlı bir farklılık bulunamamıştır. Öğretmenlerin iş doyumunu etkileyen faktörlere ilişkin algılarında ücret, fiziki şartlardan memnun olma değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel bakımdan tüm boyutlarda anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. Öğretmenlerin iş doyumunu etkileyen faktörlere ilişkin algılarında branş değişkenine göre "dışsal iş doyumu" alt boyutunda istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the research is to determine the views of teachers upon school efficiency and job satisfaction, the effect of school efficiency upon the job satisfaction of teachers, to reveal whether there is a significant relationship between school efficiency and job satisfaction of teachers. The population of research carried out on relation screening model included 18.601 teachers carrying on duties in some districts of Konya and Konya province in 2015-2016 academic year. The research sample included 760 teachers carrying on duties in 62 schools chosen with random sampling method. In our research, "School Efficiency Scale", "Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale" are used. Regression Analysis, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation technique, Variance Analysis (ANOVA), t-Test are performed.At the end of the research, A significant positive relationship is found between school efficiency and job satisfaction of teachers. "School director" and "school culture and environment" as the sub-dimensions of school efficiency are the ones affecting job satisfaction of teachers most. No significant difference is determined in perceptions of teachers related to the factors affecting the job satisfaction according to the variables of gender, marital status, seniority. A difference is found in perceptions of teachers related to the factors affecting job satisfaction according to the variables of salary, satisfaction of physical conditions. Whereas no significant difference is determined in sub-dimensions of "intrinsic job satisfaction" and "total job satisfaction" in perceptions of teachers related to the factors affecting job satisfaction according to the variable of branch, a difference is found in sub-dimension of "exogenous job satisfaction." | en_US |
