dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, 20. yüzyıl Mısır siyasal hayatının ve İslami hareketlerin en kritik dönemlerinden birini, Müslüman Kardeşler (İhvan-ı Müslimin) bünyesinde yaşanan iç mücadeleler ve ideolojik dönüşümleri ele almaktadır. Çalışmanın odağını, hareketin kurucu lideri Hasan El-Benna'nın ardından ikinci mürşid olarak göreve gelen Hasan ElHudeybi dönemi, bu dönemde hareketin maruz kaldığı ağır devlet baskısı ve tasfiye politikaları, bünyesinde baş gösteren kurumsal gerilimler ile Seyyid Kutub düşüncesinin yarattığı fikri kırılmalar oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden faydalanılmış; dönemin birincil kaynakları ve literatürdeki temel eserler kuramsal bir çerçevede incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, Hasan El-Hudeybi'nin kaleme aldığı Davetçiyiz, Yargılayıcı (Kadı) Değil adlı eserin, sadece örgütsel bir savunma metni olmadığı; tabanda yükselen tekfirci ve radikal eğilimlere karşı mutedil çizgiyi koruma gayreti taşıyan stratejik bir güvence mekanizması olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Bununla birlikte, Hudeybi'nin ortaya koyduğu bu uzlaşmacı ve tebliğ eksenli yaklaşımın, günümüz İslam dünyasındaki ana akım İslami hareketlerin siyasal ve toplumsal stratejilerinde kalıcı izler bıraktığı ve çağdaş İslamcılığın şiddetten arınarak sivil alana evrilen ideolojik dönüşüm sürecine kuramsal bir temel teşkil ettiği tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThis study addresses one of the most critical periods in 20th-century Egyptian political life and Islamist movements, focusing on the internal struggles and ideological transformations within the Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwan al-Muslimin). The core focus of the research centers on the tenure of Hasan al-Hudaybi, who assumed office as the second General Guide (Murshid) following the movement's founding leader, Hasan alBanna, alongside the severe state oppression and suppression policies the movement was subjected to during this period, the institutional tensions that emerged within its structure, and the conceptual fractures induced by Sayyid Qutb's thought. Utilizing qualitative research methods, the study examines the primary sources of the period and fundamental literature within a theoretical framework. The findings reveal that Hasan al-Hudaybi's work, Preachers, Not Judges, was not merely an organizational defense text, but rather a strategic safeguard mechanism aimed at preserving the moderate line against the rising takfiri and radical tendencies among the grassroots. Furthermore, it is determined that Hudaybi's conciliatory and dawah-oriented approach has left permanent traces on the political and social strategies of mainstream Islamist movements in the contemporary Islamic world, providing a theoretical foundation for the ideological transformation of contemporary Islamism as it evolved away from violence and toward the civil sphere.
