Özet
Tarih boyunca Türk-İslam devletlerinde sanat eserleri, halka hizmet etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla yapılan camiler, saraylar, hanlar, hamamlar, çeşmeler, kışla binaları, kervansaraylar, köprüler, hastaneler sayesinde mimari ağırlıklı sanat örnekleri gelişmiştir. Mimariden başka halı, kilim dokumacılığı, maden işlemeciliği, hat, çinicilik, seramik ve minyatür gibi sanat dalları da diğer uygulama alanlarıdır. Araştırmayla zengin birikimi olan ve bunu geleceğe aktarmak için büyük bir sanat payesine sahip Selçuklu sanatının; öğrencilerce motifsel ve sanat imgelemi bazında çağdaş sanat uygulamalarına aktarılarak yorumlanması durumunun tespiti amaçlanmıştır. Yüksek Öğretim düzeyindeki öğrencilerin Konya ili bağlamında Selçuklu Sanatı farkındalığı ve konu hakkında görüşlerinin ne olduğu problem olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışma içeriğinde sanat eğitimi, Türkiye'de Sanat Eğitimi Ve Tarihi, Selçuklu Tarihi, Selçuklu Sanatı ve çeşitleri bölümler bazında kavramsal başlıklar olarak ele alınmıştır. Veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket yoluyla Konya'da bulunan Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi, Selçuk Üniversitesi ve Karatay Üniversitesi'nde öğrencilere anket çalışması uygulanmıştır. Veri toplama sürecinde çeşitli kaynaklardan yararlanılmış, görsellerden ve tablolardan faydalanılmıştır. Tez çalışmasının sonucu ise öğrencilerin Selçuklu sanatı farkındalığı konusunda bulgularla ortaya çıkan verilerin değerlendirmeleri ve yorumlarını içermektedir.
Throughout the history, the works of art in Turkish-Islamic states were made to serve the public. The examples of architectural art were developed thanks to mosques, palaces, inns, baths, fountains, barracks, caravanserais, bridges and hospitals built for this purpose. Other than architecture, carpet and rug weaving, mining, calligraphy, tile making, ceramics and miniature art are also other areas of practice. The purpose of this study is to examine the application of Seljuk art to contemporary art practices by the students in terms of motifs and artistic imagery in order to pass Seljuk Art with its rich background to the future generations. The awareness and opinions about Seljuk Art among higher education students in Konya are examined as the problem of this study. In this study, art education and its history in Turkey, Seljuk history, Seljuk art and types of Seljuk art are discussed as conceptual titles in terms of different chapters. The data of this study was collected through a questionnaire applied to the students in Necmettin Erbakan University, Selçuk University and Karatay University in Konya. Various sources, figures and tables were utilized in the data collection process. The results of this study include the interpretations of the findings about Seljuk art awareness among students.
