dc.description.abstractİslam dini, kişinin dinî ve dünyevî sorumluluklarını yerine getirebilmesi için ruhen ve bedenen sağlıklı olması gerektiğini öngörmektedir. Bu sebeple Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.) sağlığı sürdürmeye ve hastalıklardan korunmaya yönelik birçok tedbir almış, hastalandığında da çeşitli tedavi metotları uygulamıştır. Bulaşıcı hastalıklara karşı ise karantina gibi daha ciddi tedbirler alınmasını tavsiye etmiştir. İnsanlar, bulaşıcı hastalıklardan korunmak için Hz. Peygamber’in koruyucu hekimlik sayılabilecek tedbirlerini devam ettirmekle birlikte dönemin imkanları dâhilinde çeşitli yöntemler de geliştirmişlerdir. Aşı da böyle bir çaba neticesinde ortaya çıkmış ve hedeflendiği şekilde bulaşıcı hastalıkların kontrol altında tutulması ve ortadan kaldırılması konusunda başarılı sonuçlar vermiştir. Etkili ve güvenilir bir koruyucu hekimlik uygulaması olmasına rağmen aşı ciddi tepkilerle de karşılaşmıştır. Bunun birçok sebebi olmakla birlikte aşı karşıtlığında dini gerekçeler de etkili olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, İslam dininin sağlığı devam ettirmeye yönelik tavsiyesini gerçekleştirmeye hizmet edecek olan koruyucu hekimlik ve tedavi uygulamalarına yer verilmiştir. Aynı şekilde insanları bulaşıcı hastalıktan korumak için geliştirilmiş olan aşı uygulamalarına, aşı reddine ve sebeplerine, aşının dini boyutuna değinilmiştir. Çalışma, bir giriş, iki bölüm ve bir sonuçtan meydana gelmektedir. Girişte konunun genel çerçevesi, önemi, amacı gibi konular, birinci bölümde tedavi ve koruyucu hekimlik konuları, ikinci bölümde aşı uygulamaları ve İslam hukukundaki yeri gibi konular yer almaktadır. Çalışma, ulaşılan sonuçları ihtiva eden sonuç bölümüyle sona ermektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe religion of Islam prescribes that a person must be mentally and physically healthy in order to fulfill his religious and worldly responsibilities. For this reason, Hz. The Prophet (pbuh) took many measures to maintain health and prevent diseases, and when he got sick, he applied various treatment methods. He recommended taking more serious measures, such as quarantine, against communicable diseases. In order to prevent contagious disease,people also developed various methods within the possibilities of the age,while they continued the precautions of the Prophet.The vaccine emerged as a result of such an effort and gave successful results in the control and eradication of infectious diseases as targeted. Although it is an effective and reliable preventive medicine practice, the vaccine has also encountered serious reactions. Although there are many reasons for this, religious reasons have also been effective in the opposition to vaccination. In this study, preventive medicine and treatment practices that will serve to realize the recommendation of the religion of Islam to maintain health are included. Likewise, vaccine applications developed to protect people from contagious diseases, vaccine refusal and its reasons, and the religious dimension of the vaccine were mentioned. The study consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, there are subjects such as the general framework, importance and purpose of the subject, treatment and preventive medicine in the first part, vaccination applications and its place in Islamic law in the second part. The study ends with the conclusion section containing the results reached.en_US
