dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Sahîh-i Müslim'in günümüze ulaşan ilk şerhi kabul edilen Mâzerî'nin el-Mu'lim bi-fevâidi Müslim'i ile bu kitabın eksikliklerini tamamlamayı hedefleyen Kâdı İyâz'ın İkmâlü'l-Mu'lim bi-fevâidi Müslim eserlerinin hadis ilmi bakımından mukayesesi yapılmıştır. Müelliflerin ilk önce şerhlerinde öne çıkan metotları başlıklar halinde incelenmiştir. Kaynak kullanımları listelenmiş ve şerh edebiyatındaki yerleri örneklerle tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bir sonraki bölümde; şerhlerde senede dair mürsel, munkatı, maktû, müdelles hadislerle râvilerin isimleri, künyeleri ve lakapları ele alınmıştır. Metne dair tashîf, iklâb, ziyâde ve şâzlık başlıkları üzerinde durulmuştur. Her iki şerhin fıkhî ağırlıklı olmasından dolayı emir ve nehiy kiplerinin delâleti tafsilatlı bir biçimde izah edilmiştir. Yine her iki şârihin Mâlikî olmasından hareketle mezhebin, şerhlerine etkisi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmamız ihtilaflı hadislere ve itikadi konulara yaklaşımlarının mukayesesi ile nihayete ermiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, a comparative analysis was conducted in the field of hadith science between Mâzerî's el-Mu'lim bi-fevâidi Müslim, considered the first commentary on Sahih Muslim to have reached us today, and Kâdı İyâz's İkmâlü'l-Mu'lim bi-fevâidi Müslim, which aims to supplement the deficiencies of this book. Methods of the authors that first came to the fore in their commentaries analyzed in titles. The sources utilized were listed, and their positions in the commentary literature were attempted to be determined through examples in this study. In the following section, the narrations related to the chain of transmission, including mursal, munkatı, maktû, and müdelles hadiths, as well as the names, kunyas, and nicknames of the narrators, were discussed in the commentaries. The titles of correction, iklâb, ziyâde and shazlik related to the text are emphasized. Due to the predominantly juristic nature of both commentaries, the indications of command and prohibition verbs were explained in detail. Furthermore, taking into account the fact that both commentators belong to the Maliki school, an attempt was made to determine the influence of the school on their commentaries.Our study concluded with a comparison of their approaches to controversial hadiths and creedal matters.en_US
