| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Aynî'nin Nuhabu'l-efkâr adlı eserinin muhteva ve metot açısından incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Çalışma giriş bölümü dışında iki bölüm olarak hazırlanmıştır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın kapsam ve amacı, metodu, kaynakları yer almaktadır. Birinci bölüm Aynî'nin hayatı, ilmî şahsiyeti ve hadisçiliği şeklinde alt başlıklara ayrılmıştır. İkinci bölüm de Nuhabu'l-efkâr'ın tanıtımı, yazılış sebebi, muhteva ve metodu şeklinde üç başlığa ayrılarak muhteva ve metot on başlıkta incelenmiştir. Çalışmada şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır: Aynî, Nuhabu'l-efkâr'da ravileri cerh ve tadil yönünden incelerken ve hadisler hakkında hüküm verirken takip ettiği yöntemle hadisçiliğinin farklı yönlerini ortaya koymuştur. Aynı zamanda bir Hanefî fakihi olan Aynî, bu eseriyle hadis ilmindeki yetkinliğini de ispat etmiştir. Diğer taraftan Nuhabu'l-efkâr, Hanefilerin sadece reyle değil hadisle de amel ettiklerini ispat eden önemli bir eserdir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to examine Ayni's book, Nuhabu'l-efkâr, in terms of its content and method. The study incorporates two main parts along with an introduction section in which the purpose of the study, method and the references are presented. In the first section, Ayni's life, his scholarly personality and his mastery in hadith were introduced. The second section was organized around three main parts: a) the introduction of Nuhabu'l-efkâr, b) it's purpose and c) the content and method which was designed based on ten aspects. Findings revealed that Ayni presents the different aspects of the science of hadith by examining the hadith narrators from the point of cerh and tadil and making judgments on the authenticity of hadithat. Additionally, as a Hanafi canonist, he proved by this book that he is competent in the science of hadith. Moreover, Nuhabu'lefkâr is an important book proving that hanafies act not only with jurisprudences—as claimed by some—but also with hadith. | en_US |
