dc.description.abstractBu araştırma; dünyadaki bütün toplumların hayatlarını farklı farklı etkileyen dindarlık olgusunu, iki toplumdan misal vererek alınan örneklem üzerindeki etkilerini ve durumlarını incelemektedir. Bu araştırmanın ana gayesi, İstanbul Üniversitesi'nin çeşitli fakültelerinden 657 öğrenci ile Ürdün Üniversitesi'nin aynı şekilde çeşitli fakültelerinden 398 öğrenci olmak üzere toplamda 1055 öğrenci üzerinden iki ülkedeki üniversite gençliğinin sosyo-kültürel ve dini hayatını karşılaştırmalı bir şekilde incelemeyi hedeflemektedir. Çalışmanın örneklemleri farklı ülkelerden alınmakla; dindarlık olgusunun, ayrı tarih geçmişi ile farklı sosyal kurumlara sahip olması ve son zamanlarda modernleşmeden farklı bir şekilde etkilenmiş olması incelenmektedir. Bu nicel araştırmanın verilerinin analizinde, standart sapma, Mann Whitney-U testi, Kruskal Wallis-H testi ve korelasyon analizi teknikleri kullanılmış, SPSS paket programı yardımıyla bilgisayar ortamında işlenmiştir. Araştırma, giriş ve üç bölümden meydana gelmekte; giriş bölümü, araştırmanın konusu ve problemi, amacı ve önemi, hipotezleri, sınırlılıkları, veri toplama ve değerlendirme, örneklem ve araştırma modeli kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın sonuçları, her örneklemin farklı şartlar altında yaşamasının dindarlık olgusu üzerinde anlamlı bir şekilde farklar yaratmış olması neticesini vermiştir. Söz konusu bu şartların en önemlisi siyasal hayatın koşulları ve dolayısıyla bundan doğan toplumun kurumlar üzerindeki çeşitli etkilerinin farklılaşması ve modernleşmenin tezahürlerinin de farklı bir şekilde ortaya çıkmasıdır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis work examines the phenomenon of religiosity, which affects the lives of all the societies of the world differently, the effects and situations on the sample taken from two communities. The main aim of this research is to examine the socio-cultural and religious life of university youth in two countries with a total of 1055 students comparetively, including 657 students from various faculties of Istanbul University and 398 students from various faculties of Jordan University. With the study samples being taken from different countries; the phenomenon of religiosity, having a different history and different social institutions, and being influenced differently by modernization in recent times are examined. In the analysis of the data of this quantitative research, standard deviation, Mann Whitney-U test, Kruskal Wallis-H test and correlation analysis techniques were used and processed in computer environment with the help of SPSS package program. The research consists of introduction and three parts; introduction part consists of the subject and problem of the research, its purpose and importance, assumptions, limitations, data collection and evaluation, sample and research model. According to our analysis, each sample living under different conditions made a significant difference on the phenomenon of religiousness. The most important of these conditions are the political life and therefore the diverse effects of society arising from on different institutions, and the manifestations of modernization in a different way for each country.en_US
