dc.description.abstractBengal bölgesi pek çok âlime ev sahipliği yapmış ve pek çok eserin üretilmiş olduğu bir ilim merkezi olmuştur. Medrese eğitim geleneğine göre yetişen ve bu gelenek çerçevesinde ders veren Muhammed Feyzullah, ömrünün çoğu ilim öğrenme-öğretmeye ve insanlar arasında baş gösteren dinî ve dünyevî sorunları çözmeye adamıştır. 20. yüzyılın önde gelen âlim, fakih ve mutasavvıflarından biri olan Muhammed Feyzullah, çeşitli ilim dallarında eser üretmiş bir Diyûbendi âlimidir. Eğitimine küçük yaşlarda başlamış, muhtelif ilim merkezlerinde dönemin önde gelen âlimlerden ilim tahsil etmiştir. Altmış yılı aşkın eğitim ve öğretim hayatı boyunca dinî-hukukî metinlerin anlaşılması üzerine mesai harcamış, Bangladeş'te ilk olarak yüksek fıkıh araştırmalar merkezi ve fetva kurulu kurmuş, insanlardan gelen sorulara delillerle ayrıntılı olarak cevap vermiş ve fetvaları halkın nezdinde muteber olduğu için Müftü-i Âzam lakabına laik görülmüş olan Muhammed Feyzullah, yaşadığı döneminde baş gösterdiği çeşitli hurafeler, şirk ve bid'ata karşı sert tutumlar sergilemiştir. Bununla ulaşmak istediğimiz amaç, Diyûbend medreselerinin yetiştirdiği büyük âlimlerden birisi olan Muhammed Feyzullah'ın daha iyi tanınmasına hizmet etmek ve Muhammed Feyzullah hakkında yapılacak yeni çalışmalara kapı aralamaktır. Bu amaçla iki bölümden oluşan bu tezin birinci bölümünde, Muhammed Feyzullah'ın hayatı, ilmi kişiliği ve eserlerinden bahsedilmekte; ikinci bölümünde ise, füru fıkha dair düşüncelerine yer verilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe Bengal region has been a center of knowledge that has hosted many scholars and produced numerous academic works. Muhammed Feyzullah, who was educated in the tradition of madrasah education, dedicated most of his life to learning and teaching knowledge, as well as resolving religious and worldly issues that arose among people. He was one of the leading scholars, jurists, and Sufis of the 20th cesntury, hailing from the Deobandi tradition, and he authored works in various branches of knowledge. Starting his education at a young age, he studied under prominent scholars in various centers of learning. Throughout his more than sixty years of teaching and education life, Muhammed Feyzullah focused on understanding religious and legal texts. He established the first center for advanced jurisprudential research and a fatwa council in Bangladesh. He answered people's questions in detail with evidence from Quran and Sunnah and his fatwas gained widespread acceptance, earning him the title of "Müftü-i Azam" (Grand Mufti) due to the credibility of his fatwas among the public. Muhammed Feyzullah exhibited a firm stance against various superstitions, polytheism, and innovations (bid'ah) that emerged during his time. The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to a better understanding of Muhammed Feyzullah, one of the great scholars produced by Deoband Madrasash, and to open the door to new studies about him. In pursuit of this goal, the first part of this thesis covers Muhammed Feyzullah's life, scholarly personality, and his works. The second part focuses on his thoughts regarding various aspects of Islamic jurisprudence.en_US
