| dc.description.abstract | Fıkıh, nahiv, kelâm, hadis, tefsir ve mantık gibi birçok alanda yazdığı eserlerle tanınan İmam Musannifek, IX/XV. yüzyılda yaşamış çok yönlü bir âlimdir. Hanefi mezhebinde muhakkik alimlerden kabul edilir. Hanefi mezhebinin en önemli metinlerinden olan el-Hidâye üzerine yazdığı Şerhü'l-Hidâye eserinde de müellif alanındaki yetkinliğini açığa çıkarmıştır. Hanefî mezhebi çizgisinde kaleme alındığı döneme kadar oluşan fıkıh birikiminden de istifade edilerek yazılan eser, el-Hidâye şerhleri başta olmak üzere kendisinden sonra yazılan birçok Hanefi eserine kaynaklık etmiştir. Taşıdığı önem sebebiyle eserin edisyon kritiğinin yapılıp değerlendirilmesi gerektiği açıktır. Bu ihtiyacı bir ölçüde gidermek amacıyla bu çalışma yapılmıştır. Çalışmamız bir giriş ve 3 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın planı, amacı, yöntemi ile edisyon kritikte takip edilen yöntem ele alınmıştır.Birinci bölümde metin yazarı el-Merğînânî ile şarih Musannifek hakkında bilgi verilmiş; ikinci bölümde çalışmada ele alınan Şerhü'l-Hidâye, geniş bir şekilde tanıtılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Üçüncü bölüm ilgili eserin Taharet, Hukuk ve İstihkak bölümlerinin edisyon kritiğine ayrılmıştır.Çalışma sonuç ve bibliyografya ile sona ermektedir | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Imam Musannifak, known for his works in the fields of Islamic law, Islamic theology and Arabic grammar, is a Muslim polymath who lived in the 9th/15th centuries. He is considered one of the verifying scholars (muhaqqiq) within the Hanafi legal school. The explanation of al-Hidayah, which he composed as a commentary on al-Hidayah, which is itself one of the most important Hanafi legal texts, he shown his efficiency in the explanation of al-Hidayah book. This commentary was composed drawing on the Hanafi legal literature that had been produced until then and served as source for many Hanafi legal works, including the Hidayah commentaries, that have been composed after itself. Because of its importance, this Hidayah commentary deserves a critical edition and an analysis. This present study is meant to meet this need to some extent. This study consists of an introduction and three chapters. In the introduction, I have described the plan, objective and method of the study, depicting the methodology to be followed in the critical edition. In Chapter One, I have provided biographical information on the author of the main text, al-Marghinani, and the commentator Musannifak. In Chapter Two, I have described The explanation of al-Hidayah in detail and analyzed it in depth. I have dedicated Chapter Three to the critical edition of the chapters of ritual cleaning, rights and merits. The study ends with a conclusion and a bibliography. | en_US |
